Literally, what a bad take by the writer - Wanda has always been a slow burn character and an Avengers character. This movie needed to focus on turning her and having more time to explore the multiverse.

So if they did make her an ally and slowly corrupted her by the end of the movie, We would still just get the same end product, just an alternate version. Dude I totally agree. I love this movie s o much and it’s quickly become a comfort movie for me, but there’s no denying that there’s some big plot holes. If I could change just a few small things I would - make Wanda’s decent into evil a bit longer OR at least explain better how the darkhold corrupts so we can understand. - change the writing of the end so that instead of the whole “believe in yourself” thing, Stephen just does his little “your magic always knows where to send us” speech…. Then scares the shit out of her somehow to activate the portal. I just think that would be funnier and more realistic XD plus you could add something horror-themed to do it

She wants her children yes, but the darkhold corrupted her. The darkhold manipulated her sadness and used it to get in her head. It also used the scarlet witch to trap her mind. I will always feel bad for her cause her life was never happy it was just depressing. I get there’s moments but all the happiness is really only on the outside inside you can tell she’s dying.

The movie would’ve been 10x better if they showed how the darkhold corrupted Wanda, in depth. Like the darkhold inducing voices in her head, or something similar, while Strange and Wanda team up to fight a common enemy, but Wanda later gets corrupted and becomes the antagonist. They should’ve also dived more into Strange’s emotions, they made his character very one dimensional in this film. America could’ve also been given an actual struggle instead of the cliche “I’ve always been able to control my powers”.
They should have done a scene of the darkhold actually corrupting and manipulating her because they didn’t really show how she had really turned from grieving mother and wife to Ruthless all powerful witch so quickly but wow Elizabeth Olsen was amazing in the film

Well Elizabeth acted pretty well I believed every scene of that movie deeply in my heart also I should say I'm so upset for her because no body wanted to hear her voice , helped her and knew that she is not the Evil at all same as many others . The truth is other ones make her to defend herself and tried to achieve her goal while in ex-episodes she helped them in order to the same way. Really hope to see more of her and see that she is still alive and back to the world and makes us interested again . ❤

It’s not the fact that she was a villain. It’s the fact that this is her 3rd time they have turned her evil after being redeemed. She started as a villain in AoU, then she became a hero at the end, then she was a villain again in WandaVision, then by the end she undid her damage, and once again now she’s a villain again in MoM, and by the end she undid what she did ONCE AGAIN. They really have butchered such an iconic character with lazy and mediocre writing. Elizabeth is the definition of “turning something great out of mediocrity.”

Actually she realised her wrong doings at the end of Mom so if she does come back which is likely. She'll probably be an avenger/good guy again. Although she'll still be scarlet Witch. But yeah I definitely think she'll be back
Actually she becomes villian again by dr doom. Wanda marries dr doom and dr doom will use her and he tries to take her power and finally she get her memories back by dr strange so she become Avenger to fight Dr doom in secret war

It’s not the fact that she was a villain. It’s the fact that this is her 3rd time they have turned her evil after being redeemed. She started as a villain in AoU, then she became a hero at the end, then she was a villain again in WandaVision, then by the end she undid her damage, and once again now she’s a villain again in MoM, and by the end she undid what she did ONCE AGAIN. They really have butchered such an iconic character with lazy and mediocre writing. Elizabeth is the definition of “turning something great out of mediocrity.”
