I love how you comport yourself. No matter the situation, you remained calm and firm, not angry and aggressive!! You are totally representing "quiet power for women"! xoxo
Omg Pelumi ! I don’t like the amount of trouble you experienced just crossing through west Africa! It’s insane ! I was actually about to say your parents must have been so relieved that you’ve finally made it close enough to home .i hope this has shed light to the improvements that need to occur . This is so heart breaking . Not sure how you influence decisions like this ? Just annoying and heartbreaking at the same time .
oooo you are right really heart breaking that this is the reality of crossing west African boarders. I am now part of the the Africans Rising which is a Pan-African movement of people and organisations working for unity, justice, peace and dignity. I will keep pushing for change!
I admire ur tenacity. Travelling South African countries is much more easier than west African countries. They are still primitive and very hungry. They make travelling looks like a crime
@@peluminubi_ ...I drove the whole Southern African countries last year starting from South Africa, I bought the car from south Africa too before shipping it up to London after the expedition. I never experienced what U experienced in west Africa. They charge u to get Ur passport stamped which I found absurd. I once rode motorcycle from Lagos to Benin Republic. I nearly got into a fight with Beninous immigration demanding for 6k CFA for a stamp. It will be nice Pelumi if U can share your route. I plan to do what U did in reverse in 6months time. Thanks in advance
What do you mean by "they are still primitive"? They are your brothers and sisters probably less developed infrastructure than your country South Africa
@@BoskiM ....am from west Africa but resides in UK for 30 odd years now. when I used the world "primitive" I meant it. This guy's will treat U like a criminal even though U are traveling legally. They extort U and treat this borders as their personal property
My dear sister if you want to be embarrassed really just take a journey within west Africa you will see is very embarrassing and really love your adventure so lifely
