Basically, ADOR is basically saying, "Hey, we want the NEWJEANS members to stick to using the official accounts for communication, like they've always done. If they start doing separate stuff on accounts like Jeanzforfree, it could lead to legal problems." It sounds like they’re setting boundaries to avoid any drama or complications with unauthorized activities. But, I don't think this will stop the NEWJEANS members from being active and posting on that "Jeanzforfree" account 🤷♀️😳
its sooo funny bunnies thought that because the watch company accidentally followed the other account, that it means that they're no longer under ador LMAOOOO
Ador seems to be saying: if you don't want to have this happen everyday/everytime you post something, sue us to officially terminate your exclusive contact. Lol. You gotta pay to play basically is what they are saying. Legally, they can do that until the girls sign on the dotted line to terminate the contact that they signed in the beginning. Lip service doesn't go far in a court of law. Gotta sign those papers or continue to "share" revenue with Ador for the next five years. 🫰🤔👀🧐🥳🙃
it's either the girls are just adding more grounds against them so Ador will forcibly terminate the contract (if they want to) and sue other brand deals that the girls partnered with. In the meantime, Ador is pretty much on waiting game. im sure they collecting more evidence, investigating more staff people who doesn't fulfill their part of their contract until we hear from the court. It could take 1 month, 3 months 6 months or close to a year. This will just hurt NJ in the long run and they will have to pay more penalties and fees for all the damages they have caused.
One of bunnies just blocked me on X because I dare to say "verbally declaring termination" is not enough to actually terminate the contract. 😀 They are just delulu
The impeached president was claiming anyone opposed to him was an agent of / supporter of the North Korean government, so given he has about 10% approval rating I guess that's 90% of the South Korean population...
the USA has been influencing S. Korea for a long time now, I guess some ppl feel like it's only natural to ask their organizations for support? idk, it seems pretty authoritarian to me ngl...
@Imatastychickennugget Actually, the daughter of my mom’s friend is so obsessed with the chinese being the bad guys that she got admitted on a psychiatric hospital. She was released after quite some time but she still believes the Chinese are taking over too
The amount of time it takes to plan and schedule the shooting means this was likely planned before NJ announced leaving Ador. Secondly no legitimate or big company going to sign a contract with the girls until the separation from Ador is confirmed by a court. Otherwise those companies open themselves up to lawsuit from Ador. The reason Ador found out about the staff member trying to set up NJ with an endorsement was because the other company called Ador to report it. The same will happen with any large company they try to get.
It was probably Scheduled before all this stuff started before Eugene's declare they're leaving a door So I'm sure a door will squash it'll never happen
Adore will just cancel it. I’m sure and I bet the vogue and omega will probably gladly cancel because they don’t want to get in the middle of all this.
New Jeans are NOT independent nor they are/were/will be indie. They wouldn't be where they are right now without HYBEs connections in the industry. They wouldn't be able to even get a spot in music shows, not even talking about some kind of brand deals. As much as we would like to pretend that talent and looks matter, the main thing that does matter is the position of a company you debut under. If they would debut under any smaller company they wouldn't be able to have brand deals a month after their debut, this many fans and popularity. It's as simple as that, debuting under a branch of a VERY powerful company doesn't make the band indie. Their music is mainstream, their style is mainstream (at least right now), they are not "self made" artists, they have full teams who do all the work for them. They have a huge budget for their productions. Their songs don't have some "deeper meaning", that is usually a pretty big thing in indie music. And their songs ARE being made for commercial success (which it isn't for indie. Indie artists make music because they want to say something that way to the world, not because "ooo money"). Another thing is that they still very much depend on Min Hee Jin who is basically a spider in media world. She is very well connected, so she basically will do the same thing HYBE did with their connections. The fact that they confiscated company electronics from that one employee and all of it was wiped, and now we have a brand deal that doesn't mention their group name would make sense. ADORs actions are actually very much logical, because they are actively showing that their contract does still hold its legal power. If they would stop posting New Jeans it could be treated as if the group was right and the contract indeed ended when they said so. ADOR this way avoids drama the best they can. They give enough freedom with their account jeanzforfree, so NJ can't say that "the company is pressing us again 😢😢😢", but contract is still valid.
Ador is on waiting game right now. until we get a ruling from the court to confirm the validation of their contract, all of their effort of "jeanzforfree" will be deleted. they will definitely make another narrative that they company or the court is trying to "silence" them. hence the instagram handle. they already have a narrative planned out once its time to go back to Ador. lol we have 5 years of this drama! haha
I feel like the brands are trying to stay out of it by not saying the name? Like it's not support one way or the other it's just not getting involved. Using the name owned by hybe would be immediately giving an opinion, and stating they USED to be hybe would be an opinion as well. I see this as neutral 🤷♀️
but at the same time, not using the brand name it is diminishing Hybe's rights of their image....could be interpreted as a support to the girls boycotting the name New Jeans....
yeah that is too shady for brands to be even more involved. they know how contracts works and im pretty sure they have their own lawyers to avoid lawsuits but im surprise they went through with this. this is not the time to play around with breach of contracts now with 3rd party involved.
Guys, NEWJEANS are still technically under ADOR because NO CONTRACTS have been terminated yet. ADOR/HYBE and NEWJEANS haven’t officially announced any kind of split. Just because they held an emergency press conference saying they don’t want to be associated with HYBE/ADOR anymore doesn’t magically mean they’re “free” or out of their contracts. That’s not how it works. Until there’s a formal statement or the contracts are legally terminated, NEWJEANS ARE STILL UNDER HYBE/ADOR’s MANAGEMENT-whether people like it or not. So technically, they sort of have a right to post those photos up because NEWJEANS are still legally under them.
Without reading the contract, we don't know for sure how it works. The fact that NJ says they're out and Ador says they're still in would suggest the contract is ambiguous on many of the details outside of 14 day notice (i.e. If the contract explicitly stated termination required a court order, it's unlikely the girls would be saying they're free before they had a judgement in hand).
@nicoleloss7987 No, it doesn't. Contracts typically spell out how to terminate the contract. Some contracts require you to send a notice saying you want to cancel via a specific type of mail to a specific address, some require mediation (very common in the States). If it was spelled out in the contract that NJ must file into a specific court to terminate, you can bet Ador would not only be saying so, they'd probably be posting the fine print to convince everyone who wants to work with NJ that Ador's contract is still valid. Instead they're asking for the courts opinion--a smart thing to do when there's ambiguity.
@@flaggov6949 Uh, first of all they're not under US law. Also t he fact that ADOR posted that and still used them as marketing I think the contract still not terminated. No matter what fans know or don't know, no matter what their opinions are lol ADOR knows, NewJeans Knows, the courts knows.
Ador is playing chess while NJ appears to be playing a sloppy version of tic tac toe! I feel for them cause it’s obvious NJ doesn’t really get it. Ador is doing what they need to prove they are still promoting them even while NJ is not behaving. It was smart to go to court and establish the contract is still valid. It was smart to send the staff/bodyguards with them on trips. It just looks like NJ has no real clue how business is done and when they figure out what’s what… whew that reality check/humbling is gonna be something. They either need to pay up or go back home to Ador.
@@that1sha405 yep. They behave like toddlers having temper tantrums and they seem not to realize that saying "we don't wanna work anymore" would be enough to terminate their contracts.
i think they know what they are doing. they are using fan wars to their advantage. since they have supporters, they are letting them do the talking for them. they know how to instigate or to start a narrative. they have been using it since then thats why we end up here. haha so they know. they just act like they don't know, but they know.
New Jeans is not out of Ador. They cannot just take themselves out because they want to. They are still contractually under Ador. The court will make a decision. It is a LEGAL issue, not a how-we-feel issue. It's just a shame that no one is explaining to the girls how contracts work. I really love New Jeans, but right now they are being de-lu-lu.
Unless New Jeans are being legally advised by lawyers as to what they can and cannot do and how best to proceed. I doubt they are flying by the seat of their pants. Even if it looks that way to you.
I agree, this whole thing is weird tbh and I wish there was an official court document saying what’s the deal, bc a lot of people ate gonna feel dumb when they find out Ador had the upper hand all along.
Real... Mhj definitely told them a lot of nonsense, how they can leave easily without terminating the contract. Sadly, ador also don't even trying to explain it to newjeans. Newjeans need to get away from mhj very fast, cuz of she'll continue doing those kind of manipulations, shes ruin their entire life.
@@win_lit I don’t think Ador did not try to explain, but Ador have said repeatedly that NJ doesn’t want to sit down and discuss like proper adults… instead they play the media game… throwing tantrums everywhere…
Contract brand signings are done months in advance. You don't sign with a brand, and they announce it the following week. The Omega and Vogue Korea signing would've been done before the "contract termination."
I think as far as the NewJeans and Ador thing, I think Ador is just trying to play it safe for now. If they go after NewJeans right now, the members will resist more. Ador probably told the brands not to use the name NewJeans in their posts so that the members will continue to think that they’re winning. Ador is playing into their game to keep NJ form running away before they win. Ador’s ultimate goal is to keep NewJeans as an artist. If they push them away right now, they won’t be able to keep them as an artist. They’ll have to keep them in the basement and put more money into debuting new groups with new people and having to build up that fan base. That takes a lot more resources than this situation currently does.
i agree with this. they know that this is not about the girls. it has always been about mhj. and they know that nj is siding with mhj for now. they will use legal laws to tarnish mhj and nj will be force to honor the contract. thats the only way so it doesn't look as aggressive that ador is trying to take back nj.
The Omega thing, this was the brand deal that the ADOR employee was trying to bypass ADOR, and that employee got in trouble and put on administrative leave. So I'm sure that Omega, or ADOR contacted one or the other and worked out the deal.
It's the other way around. Until the court rules that they need to go back they are free. The contract termination was valid as it follows proper protocol.
@@nicoleloss7987 Actually, a nit-picky legal point is that, if there's a clause in a contract that says something like "This contract is terminated if Ador fails to properly support New Jeans". If there is, and Ador actually has failed to do what the contract demands, then the contract is - legally - terminated at that moment, per the contract. This can make a difference because there's a lot of money coming in because of New Jeans, and the distribution of that money is going to be different depending on whether they're under contract or not, so determining when, exactly the contract was terminated is important. Contract law is insane. ;)
@@mikkj1New Jeans therefore still has to prove in court how Ador “failed to properly support New Jeans”. Right now if they can say Ador failed, Ador can just as easily say they didn’t.
Can anyone else relate to being both a NewJeans and an Illit fan and watching other fellow fans argue with each other and u dunno how to feel abt anything so you're just like: 👁👄👁
Started off as a NJ fan, became a ILLIT fan as well. Watching the fandoms tear each other to shreds is so fucking dumb when you realize that both groups are victims and instead of joining forces and calling out the adults in charge on both sides, they’d rather throw the rudest insults of mankind at the idols who probably have no hate towards each other.
@kayziofficial exactly, not to mention the idols themselves aren't in control of or usually involved in the creative development of their group, so not their fault
@Blooming_Faerie yeah exactly. It pisses me off when Bunnies paint ILLIT as these evil enemies that’s trying to steal their spotlight. Maybe that was the intention or maybe MHJ planted that seed in Bunnies heads but regardless, if you feel like ILLIT is copying NewJeans, yall gotta take that up with BeLift Lab and Hybe, not the girls. Same thing goes for Gllits. I understand the fandom is small, but that’s even a worse thing to do when combating Bunnies. Like I’ve been in the loop since April, jumped from one side to the other and honestly, this whole thing is just a big cat fight with 10 innocent girls stuck in the middle with LSF as collateral damage.
@@kayziofficial Incorrect. Bunnies dont claim Illit to be evil enemies. Bunnies claim Illit's concept is copied from NJ's. Anyone who is sane knows it is management who decides that. I was actually surprised to know NJ is directly involved in decision making regarding their creative process.
Newjeans is still legally a product of ador, they claimed they left but the thing is none of what they mentioned at the press conference is grounds for contract termination. So in this case, yes, ador is entitled to post the ad, and newjeans posting it on their instagram is probably illegal lol
Has anyone read the newjeans contracts word for word? i haven't. Wait until the court rules on the validity of their contracts otherwise everything is just pure speculation at this point.
NJ fans are probably as ignorant as NJ. Do they not understand how ignoring someone is not bullying? And being treated like trash by their old CEO and then put out to the curb is independent artist abu5e? I’m 🤔 curious how their fans support this type of behavior. It’s giving TRAUMATIZING and teenage little minded behavior.
oh you will be surprise. they know what they are doin and they know how to let the fans do the work for them. coz look what is happening, they act all innocent while their fans are protecting them. so they know. fan wars and media play, they know.
On Tiktok the sponsors still hashtag newjeans. It's obvious that the girls themselves have told the sponsors when they're there to not use the Newjeans name, though some still do. It would be illegal for Ador to post about it as if it's theirs if it wasn't, so this is all through Ador. The pettiness of putting min heejin in there is pretty silly, they can write her name on it if she suggest they do a certain pose so shes probably not actually involved, they just want to promote her with their names. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth of everyone above the age of 15
brands technically dont have to mention the group if a member of that group is involved in a promotion. all the members of bts have individual brand deals, and bts is never mentioned in their promotions. as someone else commented, the large brands aren't trying to get into any legal issues by making contractual agreements that are based outside of a still legally binded label contract.
The thing is this is the first time this has ever happened in NewJeans career Ador is always tagged if you look at all the other several Vogue shoots their group name is spotted in all of them and the Vogue shoot is a group shoot but without the group name very confusing stuff
i believe them placing manon in the back hidden is completely intentional. Idk if I'd say its colorism/racism, but i think it's the fact that shes the weakest dancer out of the group. Shes had the least amount of time spent practicing due to falling ill multiple times for long periods. But yeah i have noticed it and i dont like it even if she is the weakest dance
so they should put her in the front just to not be called "r@cists" even if she's the weakest dancer? don't you see how dumb it sounds. she should be in the front for her skills not bc of a pity party
Anyone who liked this comment really really need to seek help! Manon doesn’t need a pity party of “racism” beacuse y’all want to label everything that way. if anything she needs to work hard on her dancing and then let the reward be the spot as center, its seriously not that seriously and this is coming from a black person.
@@Nahazii youre so slow that you didnt even read the comment properly bcthis person literally said they didnt think it was racism hello?? u people are nuts
@@h0neym00nl0ve0 shes in the front in multiple choreos because despite being the least skilled she is not a weak dancer and she is catching up quickly, she is still going as hard as the rest of the girls when she is hidden in debut as seen from mutiple different angles of them peforming it. manons skills were at the front during touch and its def one of the reasons the song blew up, lets NOT be ridiculous.

The Katseye thing is a bit silly imo. If Manon were always centred, people would complain about it. Manon was scouted as a visual and stan attractor - their producers aren’t out here to intentionally shove her towards the back to hide her away.
Why are they reporting to CIA and not to Korean intelligence ? lol What power does the CIA have in Korea if not the same kind of power China would have ? So you're comfortable if the US meddles in your government's affairs but not if it's china ? What ... ?
Idk about the activities whether the girls themselves or the company signed it, but we need to wait for more time since if ador posted the individual activities of the girls, then they & their mama would have made a fuss about it already. 🤷♀️
Those jobs have been there already; and what nj2 are doing is trying to force Ador to terminate their contract. However people don't realise that the game of winning isn't rushed
for the katseye chores of course it was intentional but i truly dont think it was as malicious as people think. Ive been a kpop fan for years and ive seen this formation done so many times in both boy and girl groups with odd members so many times, it seems like a bit of a reach to get so up in arms for one section of choreo, in one song that only lasted 20 seconds .yk what i mean?
This is what I’ve been saying! It was intentional, but not as a slight against Manon or any other member! I would much prefer to have one member just kinda tucked behind whoever’s in the center, than have them just kinda sticking out at the side awkwardly 🤷🏼♀️. Just helps things look more polished and professional
As someone whos favorite groupis Astro- which used to be a 6 -ember group: it is normal that they were "hitten" behind the center sometimes however for Astro this usually was to balance out the not-dance line. Everyone is in the back sometimes, but they break it up so the one in the back usually gets his center moment then. Its like a preparation for the "BOOM! here I am"-Moment. However for 25sec that is alot... Also there are alot of examples how you can do nice Formation with even numbers.
I'm actually so confused about the newjeans thing 😭 mostly because if there was a breach of contract (which is still legally active, and which after seeing vcha's contract and how other idols behave I'd 100% assume has rules regarding unofficial socmed) there's no way ADOR would just let them use their insta but they are....? I'm so confused but like, the new ig acc is objectively iconic I just wish they'd let that woman go
@@harleyrobb3034What’s confusing is why they’re so openly going against their contracts. Maybe they have someone backing them who’s able to pay off all that debt, but wouldn’t any hypothetical investors get accused of stealing artists? idk
It's actually an incredibly smart move on Ador's part to be so passive right now. By not strong holding the girls, they minimize future mistreatment allegations, and they set themselves to potentially collect damages if the court rules in Ador's favor. If the court agrees that the contract is still active, Ador could argue that the girls' actions hurt the brands clicks, media engagement etc. etc. The more the girls act independent the more they technically have to lose if they lose in court. At the same time, if the girls win, the more they have to celebrate. Very risky on the girls' part.
after NJ's mess, I dont think any brands would want to deal with them until its settled (unless they want the publicity because of their drama). And these brand deals and photoshoots took a long time before they can even be published so it is probably done way before through ADOR. Since they had the 'Contract Termination' before the official announcement/post, they are stripping the name to avoid corrections and confusion (coz typically Ambassadorship last a year/ two).
The photoshoot was directed by MHJ and has no connections with any ADOR staff. If brands didn't want anything to do with them how come they announced Danielle as embassador of a luxury brand? That had to be signed after the whole legal fights began, so yes they willingly chose to support them.
Ppl always bringing up debut choreo and ppl constantly bringing up Manon’s “dedication” during their documentary let the girl liveeee. The point has been made to make sure the choreo highlights every member and in the future I doubt they will make that mistake again. Honestly idols suffer through a lot to entertain us, they will need to take a step back and take care of themselves sometimes, that’s okay. Now can we please stop bringing up things that happened years ago?
Let new jeans girl do petty things but hybe will make them pay for this in the court for penalties, what new jeans are doing is totally a breach of contract and for that they need to pay the penalty
Sorry, but NewJeans is being naive and childish. Loona members suffered much more than any other group and yet they ended their contracts LEGALLY and were much more responsible in that regard. To me, NewJeans doesn't want to pay the millions they will owe if they break the contract and are playing along, saying that Hybe/Ador broke the contract as an excuse, that won't last long once they start getting sued for breaking the contract that is still active.
I wouldn't say that Loona had the worst case of abuse in kpop....which is horrifying to think of. However you are very much right about NJs behavior being childish and immature. They are like toddlers having a tantrum over basically nothing serious and hoping that that will somehow make ADOR terminate their contract.
I understand their desire for independence-the industry standard is pretty awful-but you’re right that they’re very naive. And from an outsider perspective, it just looks like MHJ wanted to separate Ador from Hybe, got caught, and is trying to steal NJs from Hybe through different means now. If they were really pushing against the industry and trying to make working conditions better for all idols, their actions would make sense (because they’re willing to risk their careers for the greater good) but they just seem to want to follow MHJ without risking their careers. They can’t have their cake and eat it, too.
I think the youtuber is paid by Yoon to report against IU😂....i am doubting is she support the president or she is the one of iu haters.....i mean there is many influential celebrity who supported the rally but why she is targeting particularly iu.....if she is care about that much for koreans then she should change her nationality and become American to Korean.😂😂😂😂
With Katseye, yes when they debuted, the first thing I have noticed was Manon in the back!! That was intentional I thought. Debut song didn’t do well, music produced by the famous songwriter Ryan Tedder, more leaning to Western pop song… BUT when the song Touch came out, I thought I have noticed 2 changes, more K-pop song to attract K-pop fans, and visual member Manon in the center. I have also noticed when they have started to promote Touch, in the interview and standing position, mostly Manon became the center member. I thought this was a quick strategy change which HYBE succeeded.
As someone that grew up doing dance I always thought splitting centre was the norm (i.e. having the two people slightly offset from each other so the person behind is still visible). It's weird and offputting seeing people hidden.
@@moluccensis that person was lying and/or coping because they didnt like how debut tanked compared to touch, its so annoying lool, heres an interview where lara says debut is their debut, they have also mentioned that debut is their debut song in multiple interviews but this is the quickest i can find, third paragraph [I guess I cant post links but if u literally google "katseye debut interview teen vogue" it should be the first] they did not have preleases like in kpop, they had two separate main singles from their ep. heres the official weverse notice where it literally says "1st single, 2nd single, debut ep" there has literally never been a mention of a "prelease " anywhere officially this nonsense started with "fans" lol. replace the comma [weverse,io/katseye/notice/20223] pls use these the next time someone tries to tell u ur wrong cuz u wasnt!!😔😔
Think I've said this before but you don't block actors on stage/screen so don't block idols during choreo. I notice it straight away. Be creative people! 😅
What I'm really curious about is wht Ador is still being so nice... New Jeans doesnt have a leg to stand on, but Ador isn't going full out on them. They need to drop a hammer, but so far, they're just splashing water drops, and New Jeans is acting like they don't notice. They're looking inept and ineffective. Maybe Hybe does need to step in with their own signature style, because Ador's staff ain't cutting it. I get it that these are likely things arranged by Ador, but when the brand themselves is falling in line behind the BS and cutting the New Jeans name out of the advertisement, then you have a problem and you need to start filing legal action, not reposting. If you're worried about public opinion, stop it. Do what you need to do to get them in hand and worry about public opinion later. Believe me, you have more than enough money and support from your other groups. No Army, Engene, or Moa is going to abandon their groups for New Jeans.
i feel like they have to play safe first. they are the label and more weight and responsibility. im pretty sure they are collecting more evidence and witnesses of what's going behind the scenes so when they are ready, they are have a list of grounds that you cant even deny anymore. they also have to be careful since they are going for the legal route while mhj/nj are doing fan wards and media play. hopefully next year we will here something from the court about the validation of the contract so they can go back to ADOR and suck it up. hahaha lol
Whats with american thinking the world revolves around them, even american news stations asked the experts if the us got a head up before declaring martial law, like how inportant do you thibk you are that this ia a cia matter😂😂
Stop spreading misinformation. No big brand like Omega would try to do something that will cause them to be sued. Commercial ads usually take longer to release and most are done months ago and some even take a year before its publicly revealed, depends on when they time it for their activities. Bunnies should try getting jobs to understand how the real world works.
@@Ranma12-br3tc Why aren't they properly tagging their versions of promos in line with Ador. There more consistently similar to the new independent social media accounts. The Vogue cover was a schedule created by Ador, wasn't it? It makes sense that Ador/NJ official page would still post their activities -- Weverse has been posting their activities through this mess as well. Vogue might have used their individual names to avoid legal troubles. I dunno. I heard that there was some sort of contract with Vogue that the girls filled shortly after their press conference, so I am making an assumption and can be wrong. This really is a big mess though, an all parties -- the members and Ador both -- should stop posting anything until the contract is clarified. I understand Ador may not know how to move forward with their only group going rogue, but for the sake of legalities, none of them should be promoting.
I have a possible explanation about hybe/ador being very slow and gentle in their approach towards nj Either 1.Maybe the contract termination WILL happen because nj team has found a loophole. So ador will end up losing in court. So they don't want to leave behind a record of hard handed approach and alienate all those who are watching this spectacle and condemn them later for their actions, when nj end up leaving legally. Since they have other highly successful artists, they don't care about these girls as much and don't want to invest more time and money in this process. They are just going through the expected motions to see this to the end. Or 2. They are doing it for the sake of other artists within their label who are watching this unfold. They can't/won't say much publicly but are likely to have strong personal opinion about this debacle. (Jungkook, Seungkwan posted ambiguous things) Especially if they see nj as their own ilk. Just as artists like them. Instead of strong actions that will lead to a poor impression/negative feelings within own artists leading to negative long term repercussions. It is better to do everything by the book, in a very public manner, with enough warnings and leeway given. No one can accuse of them being despotic or destructive in their approch to these girls. So their own artists will feel that nothing too much was done and will feel at ease working at hybe. As for mhj, that's another story. Because she doesn't count as artist and doesn't have the excuse of youth.
Is it true that one of the contracts of a newjeans member states that they were supposed to debut first? And that that is a possibility for them to get out of their contracts?
That’s interesting, I’m on NJ side but I don’t think it does since that’s a wierd thing to put in a contract. But at the time the title “HYBE first official girl group” was a big thing so I can see it being possible. But nobody knows the full details of anyone’s contracts so all we can do is wait 🤷♀️
@@kasekuchen7807 they mixed something up I guess. The "first gg" part is another story, only between mhj and bsh. The contract part is a specific clause in their contract. Whether or not this clause is relevant has yet to be decided. So this will take a while. We need more popcorn.
I'd realllly doubt this. It would be crazy to basically guarantee that to one of the girls considering how often trainees were being shuffled, eliminated and moved around. And all the leaders at the time, including Min Heejin, were a part of this trainee shuffle so it would be kind of crazy to promise only one trainee that no matter what happened to the concept or the sublabel etc, they'd debut.
feel like we have to give the katseye team another chance to grow from their mistakes. sounds like they’re preparing for a comeback so guess we will see!
Watching adults literally wish for the downfall of literal teenagers bc they dont like MHJ is crazy. I hope NJ doesn't have to pay any fees for leaving and thrive just to spite them.
hey sided with the person who tried to take over ador/hybe and ruined other groups debut and promotions through media play? i think we know who is in the wrong here.

Who comes up with these ideas??? smh Ador/NJ: I'm tired. I had to block the account for real (the ADOR one). They didn't even bother to edit out the “directed by Min Heejin” part. Is it really a good idea to present VOGUE KOREA's work as if Ador had something to do with it? (serious legal question) Fanwars: The biggest one is actually Tokki vs. Army (tarnished as Hybe stans). Probably you won't read this and even if you do probably you won't care, but I wanted to try and leave a constructive criticism: the idea for friday fan wars is really fun, but this time you have only shown one side. Where's the original tweet that ILLIT is copying? Just showing one side comes across as biased, something you don't seem to want. Just to make it clear, I am not a defending anyone, and to me, this sounds silly on the part of the NJ fans. However, showing one side only comes across as very much biased.
Ador is like beggars that begging for their former girl group to comeback to ador The girls already said their demands just bring back their mother as ador CEO then the new jeans name will back simple
About Manon The way I remember, Manons dance skills lacked a little compared to the other girls So it makes sense to put her in the back for the more tricky parts of the dance if she's not on the same level She improved and now she's not being hidden anymore Maybe I'm naive about colorism here but I do find it important to distinguish and not dive into racism/ colorism territory willy nilly

No i think international fans have sense and we have witnessed the craziness. Many supported them and tried to hang in there. But acting like you think you are so great as to interrupt every Hybe artist comeback and great news with media play won't help with winning back those who supported them, just because. They were with Hybe and positioned as BTSs little hoobaes, many other fanbases embraced them. They are talented and give all credit to someone who cuts them down behind their backs. Siding and plotting blindly with "so-called Momma" and not even fighting for yourselves really exhausted many people. Had they arranged to leave and came up with an agreement, we would have not been exhausted by the antics of the last 8 months. I wish them the best but I've been burned too many times by the ignorance of "biting all the hands that fed them". I'd just as well never hear about the stolen persona that was from another group, and best they find gratitude and humility. What about the other employees at Ador whose jobs depend on them? Those adults around them are using them for their own gain. Rather not see it happen.
If they win they will get a lot of support for sure since many artists do resent their predatory companies that do the same exact exploitation in America and world wide
So tired of the manon convo, like watch the show - they put her in the back because the choreo with her visible was bad! She worked hard af and became the Touch center, it's really that simple.
this dont make sense because they would of been rehearsing for touch and debut and similar times, she got good quick enough to be touches center but was so bad she had to be at the back of debut? huh?

Basically, ADOR is basically saying, "Hey, we want the NEWJEANS members to stick to using the official accounts for communication, like they've always done. If they start doing separate stuff on accounts like Jeanzforfree, it could lead to legal problems."
It sounds like they’re setting boundaries to avoid any drama or complications with unauthorized activities.
Then what the point all those girl do this drama since beginning 😂😂@@aishabailey3568
One of bunnies just blocked me on X because I dare to say "verbally declaring termination" is not enough to actually terminate the contract. 😀 They are just delulu
But WHY the cia that’s what I’m confused about. They’re Korean citizens engaging in civil protests…which are legal???
The impeached president was claiming anyone opposed to him was an agent of / supporter of the North Korean government, so given he has about 10% approval rating I guess that's 90% of the South Korean population...
It's bc he thinks the chinese are trying to take over🥲
the USA has been influencing S. Korea for a long time now, I guess some ppl feel like it's only natural to ask their organizations for support? idk, it seems pretty authoritarian to me ngl...
CIA's much more involved in a lot of what's going on in the world.
It was probably Scheduled before all this stuff started before Eugene's declare they're leaving a door So I'm sure a door will squash it'll never happen

can Vogue and Omega back out from this promotions?

2.5 cents were deposited into your account
How about no
@leeksleek512 maybe u should do that to newjeans so they can pay the fee to hybe and ador LMFAOOOO 😍
Ador is on waiting game right now. until we get a ruling from the court to confirm the validation of their contract, all of their effort of "jeanzforfree" will be deleted. they will definitely make another narrative that they company or the court is trying to "silence" them. hence the instagram handle. they already have a narrative planned out once its time to go back to Ador. lol
we have 5 years of this drama! haha
@@ozzybreezyhow about yes
I feel like the brands are trying to stay out of it by not saying the name? Like it's not support one way or the other it's just not getting involved. Using the name owned by hybe would be immediately giving an opinion, and stating they USED to be hybe would be an opinion as well.
I see this as neutral 🤷♀️
but at the same time, not using the brand name it is diminishing Hybe's rights of their image....could be interpreted as a support to the girls boycotting the name New Jeans....
@@annyasousasilva Agree. I feel this is more accurate.
yeah that is too shady for brands to be even more involved. they know how contracts works and im pretty sure they have their own lawyers to avoid lawsuits but im surprise they went through with this. this is not the time to play around with breach of contracts now with 3rd party involved.
Leaving the name out doesn't read neutral. Especially when MHJ's name is being included, that's a major statement
It's still funny tho bc it's like the girls are going on a rampage😂
All contracts are legal agreement. The only way to cancel their contracts is to file with the court.
That is how the law works.
Even if it looks that way to you.
you are delulu darling like you have a clue what the issues are that lead to this.😝
I agree, this whole thing is weird tbh and I wish there was an official court document saying what’s the deal, bc a lot of people ate gonna feel dumb when they find out Ador had the upper hand all along.
Companies are acting weird, Omega ended up following NJs Ador account too. Vogue Korea included MHJ, all of this is just crazy.
they are so shady. trying to get traction from he media i guess. even bad press is good? haha
The contractual chicken game btw Ador x Njns is getting old...go to Court already get the uncertainty sorted out asap😤
Ador has already filed to get the contract clarified. It's a waiting game for the court date and ruling now
You don't see the endgame. Patience pays.
Contract brand signings are done months in advance. You don't sign with a brand, and they announce it the following week. The Omega and Vogue Korea signing would've been done before the "contract termination."
Many can't seem to grasp this. It also means that they just peruse through what Ador said; work is already their including a Tour
You are so fast editing your livestreams into videos - really enjoying both
The Omega thing, this was the brand deal that the ADOR employee was trying to bypass ADOR, and that employee got in trouble and put on administrative leave. So I'm sure that Omega, or ADOR contacted one or the other and worked out the deal.
Technically until the courts rule otherwise they are still with Ador
It's the other way around. Until the court rules that they need to go back they are free. The contract termination was valid as it follows proper protocol.
@@ozzybreezy ummm no dude youre talking out of your ass,

Nj are still under contract with ador. The only way to cancel their contracts is to file with the court.
Contracts are legal agreement
@@nicoleloss7987
Actually, a nit-picky legal point is that, if there's a clause in a contract that says something like "This contract is terminated if Ador fails to properly support New Jeans".
I was actually surprised to know NJ is directly involved in decision making regarding their creative process.

that UA-camr is probably one of the 100+ social media people that IU is suing in Seoul District Court...what a LOSER🤮
Newjeans is still legally a product of ador, they claimed they left but the thing is none of what they mentioned at the press conference is grounds for contract termination. So in this case, yes, ador is entitled to post the ad, and newjeans posting it on their instagram is probably illegal lol
Being a K-pop fan in 2024 must be one of the most stressing this, cause why is almost the end of the year and things keeps happening like ???
Has anyone read the newjeans contracts word for word? i haven't. Wait until the court rules on the validity of their contracts otherwise everything is just pure speculation at this point.
tell that to those Hybe dickriders
Lol Ador is probably like "Thanks for getting them more brand deals without any effort from me, I'll just collect on those portrait rights..."
I think the real ignoramuses are those who downplay the facts at the "ignore her" situation

I find Ador's responses to New Jeans's actions very funny.
i mean they are a label and company who wants to take this to legal route. compared mhj who only starts rumors and allegations and call it a day. lol
IU for president of both the USA and South Korea 😂 she’s literally one of the most kind humans I’ve been a fan of since she debuted.
i believe them placing manon in the back hidden is completely intentional.

I want to report those who reported IU...
Same!! Like why would you do that to IU?
As someone whos favorite groupis Astro- which used to be a 6 -ember group: it is normal that they were "hitten" behind the center sometimes however for Astro this usually was to balance out the not-dance line. Everyone is in the back sometimes, but they break it up so the one in the back usually gets his center moment then. Its like a preparation for the "BOOM! here I am"-Moment.
However for 25sec that is alot...
Also there are alot of examples how you can do nice Formation with even numbers.

I'm so confused but like, the new ig acc is objectively iconic I just wish they'd let that woman go
It’s not that confusing they are still with Ador legally until the courts rule otherwise.
@@kelseygalilee3461 that's true, I need to see how this is going to play out
after NJ's mess, I dont think any brands would want to deal with them until its settled (unless they want the publicity because of their drama).
Rabid bunnies are really delusional. That commercial shoot has been taken months ago even before NJ reappeared in their series of drama.

Who is trying to report idols to the CIA? Is it antis or Koreans? I’m hella confused lol
Conservative misogynistic korean incels,
A American youtuber named Miss A
Weki meki has 8 members and they do great formations. The best even member dance group.
At first I thought the ADOR and New Jeans controversy was a political thriller, but it turns out it's a comedy.
As someone that grew up doing dance I always thought splitting centre was the norm (i.e. having the two people slightly offset from each other so the person behind is still visible). It's weird and offputting seeing people hidden.
katseyes debut WAS debut!!
last time i said that i was told i was wrong because it was a pre-release 😭
@@moluccensis that person was lying and/or coping because they didnt like how debut tanked compared to touch, its so annoying lool, heres an interview where lara says debut is their debut, they have also mentioned that debut is their debut song in multiple interviews but this is the quickest i can find, third paragraph
[I guess I cant post links but if u literally google "katseye debut interview teen vogue" it should be the first]
they did not have preleases like in kpop, they had two separate main singles from their ep. heres the official weverse notice where it literally says "1st single, 2nd single, debut ep" there has literally never been a mention of a "prelease " anywhere officially this nonsense started with "fans" lol.
replace the comma [weverse,io/katseye/notice/20223]
pls use these the next time someone tries to tell u ur wrong cuz u wasnt!!😔😔
I love ur bass pro shop hat that’s so iconic LOLL
Think I've said this before but you don't block actors on stage/screen so don't block idols during choreo. I notice it straight away. Be creative people! 😅
It’s always Lara and Manon in the back
What I'm really curious about is wht Ador is still being so nice...
Almost as if these brands are dealing directly with the group members not even taking into account Ador. I could be reaching though.
I'm just stating what I've noticed maybe I'm missing something though. It feels like Ador isn't on the same page as NJ and Vogue/Omega in Promos. But there aren't enough examples to convince me that's true, its why I said : "I could be reaching though."
I understand your trigger happy and want to go on the hostile for your view on the drama but I think that's an indication your putting to much significance on this in your life. I hope your job isn't so soul crushing that you are taking out your frustrations on little ol anonymous me...
Don't people know that prior to all this m8j saga, nj2 had work already in the pipeline through Ador.
The tail never will wag the dog 😂
NEVER
The Vogue cover was a schedule created by Ador, wasn't it? It makes sense that Ador/NJ official page would still post their activities -- Weverse has been posting their activities through this mess as well. Vogue might have used their individual names to avoid legal troubles. I dunno. I heard that there was some sort of contract with Vogue that the girls filled shortly after their press conference, so I am making an assumption and can be wrong. This really is a big mess though, an all parties -- the members and Ador both -- should stop posting anything until the contract is clarified. I understand Ador may not know how to move forward with their only group going rogue, but for the sake of legalities, none of them should be promoting.
I have a possible explanation about hybe/ador being very slow and gentle in their approach towards nj
Either
1.Maybe the contract termination WILL happen because nj team has found a loophole.
Or
2. They are doing it for the sake of other artists within their label who are watching this unfold.
They can't/won't say much publicly but are likely to have strong personal opinion about this debacle. (Jungkook, Seungkwan posted ambiguous things)
Especially if they see nj as their own ilk.
I dont get why do groups even do even number groups, just for choreo and photos. Its also a dancer thing in general
Us Americans trash talk our politicians all the time. That report isn’t going to be taken seriously at all
What are we gonna do abt some kpop idols?😭
Jeanz!!! love the name
@@Ugggghhhdoh okay thank you :) I’ve just heard another youtuber saying that and got curious.
They have proof the Momma delayed it.
feel like we have to give the katseye team another chance to grow from their mistakes. sounds like they’re preparing for a comeback so guess we will see!
WHAT IN THE WORLD IS KPOP 2024
This whole corpo war with New jeans just gives a bad taste enjoying their stuff. I don't enjoy Nwjns that much anymore
All of these brand sponsorships and photoshoots were signed prior to new jeans "departure" ofcourse they have the right to post these.
why dont u just call the segment“fanwars from afar” instead of fanwar friday since most of the time you do it it’s not friday lmao
those new jeans sims at the end were.... uh...
Unis is an even numbered group and they do a good job highlighting each member 😊
Maybe you should use an overlay when doing Fanwar Friday so people coming in one the stream know to not engage.
13:23 even number groups just seem so unnatural with the choreo and blocking, haha.
Watching adults literally wish for the downfall of literal teenagers bc they dont like MHJ is crazy. I hope NJ doesn't have to pay any fees for leaving and thrive just to spite them.
Please don't be naive, the girls want to destroy a company that isn't just a home to them alone but to other groups with fandoms
hey sided with the person who tried to take over ador/hybe and ruined other groups debut and promotions through media play? i think we know who is in the wrong here.
Wish you reported more about IU. You really seem to gloss over her achievements
Fr
what is CIA? sorry I'm bit late
I wish nj the best and unlike alot of kpop fans im not gonna act smart like i know everything. Again i will always support the girls❤
Rabid bunnies are really delusional. That commercial shoot has been taken months ago even before NJ reappeared in their series of drama.
I'm sure they know what they are doing and they are literally right for standing up for themselves.
kpop fandoms want to own something sooo bad
TWICE WORLD TOURRRRR
20:34 they are using mods
Stan 2ne2
CIA: When I heard about it, my first thought was whether CIA stands for anything else, but no, THE CIA was meant. Honestly, if stupidity hurt, people like her would scream in agony all day long. Who comes up with these ideas??? smh
Ador/NJ: I'm tired. I had to block the account for real (the ADOR one). They didn't even bother to edit out the “directed by Min Heejin” part. Is it really a good idea to present VOGUE KOREA's work as if Ador had something to do with it? (serious legal question)
Fanwars: The biggest one is actually Tokki vs. Army (tarnished as Hybe stans). If everyone didn't react to everything, my fyp would be more pleasant. and even if you block a few people, someone else will come along and post a screenshot of a tweet from someone you blocked the day before gnfdgsndggfbg 🤪
Ador is like beggars that begging for their former girl group to comeback to ador
The girls already said their demands just bring back their mother as ador CEO then the new jeans name will back simple
bring back the person who tried to take conspire and take overador and hybe? you are being silly!
About Manon
The way I remember, Manons dance skills lacked a little compared to the other girls
So it makes sense to put her in the back for the more tricky parts of the dance if she's not on the same level
She improved and now she's not being hidden anymore
Maybe I'm naive about colorism here but I do find it important to distinguish and not dive into racism/ colorism territory willy nilly
This is dumb
ААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААААА.🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂...................... wait WHAT? .... someone tell that 'smart guy' that the CIA is an intelligence agency, not an investigative agency.... There is clearly something wrong with this generation...😐😐😐😐
I'm so sick of these new jeans girls. I can't understand how people still keep staning them.
Lmfao, then ignore them and move one. If you're so upset, why are you sticking around...
i can see so many western artist that will support the group (formerly known as NJ) as an independent artist.
She worked hard af and became the Touch center, it's really that simple.
this dont make sense because they would of been rehearsing for touch and debut and similar times, she got good quick enough to be touches center but was so bad she had to be at the back of debut? huh?
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Shameless ador
Jeanz being so immune to blacklisting 💙🩷💛💚💜
No one can ever stop bunnies from loving those girls, and evidently the fashion industry doesn’t care for all the drama at all.
