Ramadan Mubarak! Pakoras are everyone's favourite snack during Iftar in Ramadan. We have always loved pakoray and eat them all year around.

As promise, below is the ingredient list for 4 adults or less :)
INGREDIENTS (Serves 4 adults or less)
Chickpea Flour (Besan) - 2 serving spoon (full/heaped)
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon (or as per taste)
Salt - 1 teaspoon (or as per taste)
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Seeds (Sukha Dhania) - 1 teaspoon)
Baking Soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Cabbage (chopped) - 1 cups
Spinach (chopped) - 1/4 cup
Potatoes (chopped) - 2 medium size
Coriander/Cilantro (chopped) - 1/2 cup
Oil (for frying) - As per your own choice
Water - 1/2 cup
