And no, rhythmic gymnastics is quite different than dancing. Saying it's the same is like saying football (or soccer, for the Americans) is just running. It's clearly not.
Can you touch your head with your foot or do a standing split? Training flexibility and the balance/throwing and catching skills involved is incredibly hard
