Thank you Liron, I am new to drawing and painting and this was excellent! I have always done very structured, follow- the- pattern fiber based arts like knitting, weaving, and other needle arts. This really helps with the intimidation and a great starting point!
This is fabulous! I LOVED the “ just look at it” and the whole concept of playing with the paint again before putting it to work. Remembering why we love it so much! Really good exercise for beginners and long term players. Thank you for this one! Going to share with my buddy who stares at white paper fearful of making a mistake despite me saying “ it is only paper “… ( I get that way too of course….🤣🙄)
Really great video today! I have been trying to do a quick painting session every morning where my goal is to "paint without thinking." (I can think about painting/technique/etc at other times, but I've been trying to recapture the freedom I felt painting when I was younger.) I will be trying these ideas tomorrow! Thank you :-) PS I think another good one in this vein would be to put shapes down with water and drop paint in.
You have THE BEST content!!!!!!
Action brings motivation! Sooo true. Thanks for this important reminder!
You got it! Thank you for watching 🙏🏼🙏🏼
When I saw a thumbnail I was like: Cool, Liron did a couple of nice abstracts :D

love this!! fabulous ideas, and very different from any other “blank page” advice I’ve seen 🙏 can’t wait to try these three warm-ups 👏
Mind blown on the masking tape!! It just popped!
Haha yep that happens! 😛
Ooh. You could even use a paintbrush you don't normally use - a filbert, flat brush, etc. and stick with that one for the exercise.
ive been needing this lately.
Always love your videos
You have given such a good idea about doing warm-ups before you paint.
Thank you! Very good suggestions 🤗
Loved this! Thank you👍🏻

Glad I watched this, it is enlightening, and makes so much practical sense 💜👍😎
Such excellent guidance Liron , learning to “Play” has always been a struggle for me personally as I never was permitted to be a child.
