Great idea for additional storage as space is always a premium in a Class B. Also a very nice step by step video on, “How To” do the modification and your included Amazon links. Kudos and thank you for sharing. We picked up our ERV April 2021, the last of the 450 amp lithium battery but we have managed nicely.

Did you have any discussions with Terri M on having storage put there instead of a mirror going forward in his new builds?
I definitely like the mirror you chose a bit better… I need to really watch my wrinkles deepen… lol
Terry helped me figure out how to take the mirror down. I think he likes the mirror and I’m sure a lot of owners like it also, so for now I think this is DIY. But, it never hurts to ask. Thanks for watching!
The small mirror you installed does not use the electrical connection of the old large mirror, correct?
That’s correct. It has a rechargeable battery, easily recharged from the outlet in the cabinet right above it. Given how infrequently we will use that light, I suspect it will be a long time between recharges.

The shower curtain that is supplied with the van does not cover that area, so if there is anything there you want to keep dry, it needs to be covered while showering (a trash bag would work fine) or moved for a few minutes. Thanks for watching!
