Because even if she doesn't say anything, her eyes and expressions alone can convey the feelings she wants to show. No words, just pure emotions, Kim Jiwon is always THAT ACTRESS. Heavy drama? Mother Jiwon can slay that. She's one of the few actresses who can literally slay a scene even without talking, because THAT FACE AND THAT EYES alone can act. What's more if she act all out. Girlie deserves daesang.

Those eyes shown finally Hae In realize how crushed and deep heart broken Hyun Woo will be if she died. Seing her husband got lost his mind crushed her the most as she's the one who gave that pain to him. That moment her ego were vanished for the love of her life (finally She agreed to had that surgery).

Tbh i knew this was the moment she would change her mind. Because i myslef couldn't take how much he was crumbling. Because he always put on a brave face she never got to see him this devastated. This was the moment he completly broke down

Casting Kim Soo Hyun for the role of Baek Hyun Woo was one of the BEST decisions they made for this drama. Every time I see him cry, I just want to give him a hug and tell him that everything will be okay. But this scene shattered my heart. I wouldn't be surprised if Hong Hae In changed her mind about the surgery after seeing Hyun Woo break down in front of her. If someone held me and sobbed like this out of relief, I'd do anything for him.

As he approached her when she shouted his name after the crash; he was hyperventilating and staggering. You could feel the emotion of seeing the person you love, apparently die in front of you and the relief, but it was such an emotional roller coaster. He couldn’t even keep himself standing it took Hae in this moment to witness, what he would go through if she were to die by following her current choice and she finally realized that she couldn’t put him through this. She chose to love him more despite her fears of the unknown. What a performance on both sides, tears tears tears.
However, I don’t feel this last episode was a strong as previous ones, but the room there was certainly emotions to be had still. I’m thinking they may have rushed towards the end in filming.
yup for the ending they really rushed for the ending...though it was all well directed and acted in every episodes..

This scene was one of the hardest scenes in the series. When Hyun Woo saw the accident, he literally went crazy with fear and grief. He even broke the glass with his hand while trying to save Hye In. And it was a relief when he saw Hye In alive. This scene is so touching...
This drama makes me cry every single episode, just when I thought to myself, everything is ok, I'm not going to cry this episode, it's just a setup because I cry even more.
