As an Indonesian, I am PROUD. I am proud of all the disabled people in the world, I appreciate the struggle they do everyday. And his pictures are AMAZING
I'm a 17 years old boy from Malaysia...I love photography since 6 years old...and in December 2019...I suffered from knee osteoarthritis...I can’t run,walk, squats normally anymore...it makes me think of my photography career in the future...I’m afraid that I can't be a photographer anymore...because I can't do things normally...but after I know his story...i feel relieved...this gives me hope again to be a wildlife photographer...i want to show everyone the beauty of the earth,and also the ugly side of it...so that everyone will open their eyes to love their home,earth

he is my friend and yesterday he pass away. he has the biggest heart person whom i know, he use 3/4 of his earning on photograp fee to dissabled orphanage, he is very kind person, most capable man i know. im happy to know him even just in shor time,you are the MAN you are good man, brother, may he rest in peaced.
I'm an Indonesian who works on disabled center. To be honest, there are not many cases where the parents fully accepted disabled children in here. Indonesia is one of the country with the worst treatment to the disable. for real! Like for example, we have 2 different sign-language here, the Government version (officially used in school) and the Deaf version. The Deaf activist always try to advocate the gov about how their language version is making it harder for the Deaf to understand the lesson. You imagine it yourself, The hearing person (yes They didn't included any deaf person in making the language), making the gesture language for the Deaf? How are the Deaf supposed to understand? They have their own culture and identity, duh! And the people here still looking at the disabled as the useless people, not as the differently-abled. The gap between the curriculum in the school for special needs and general school is so unbelievable, especially in the small cities. For a 2nd grader junior highschool in special needs school, they would be taught abt the things which a 3rd or 4th grader elementary general school would learnt.
It does not depend on lack of your legs either hands, you can do anything, only do not give up, and keep continue in achieving your dream, and believe in yourself
As a Malaysian, I like how your people are proud of their culture, race and language. Unlike the Malaysian who wants to be like the Western sh*t so bad. We aren't even proud of our freakin' mother tongue. Plus, your language sounds really good!
He is really inspired for our people because I could feel to live here in Indonesia was not easy for dissabilty. People here always looked down for dissabilty. Very proud of him. He showed to people here dissable its not trash but they also could be amazing precious for human being in Indonesia.
