Pipa Beach - Portugal 2024 (from above)

The Praia da Pipa is a small beach in the western coast that is mostly visited by fisherman. It has a difficult access route from the village; hence, it is mostly frequented by locals. The beach has fine golden sand during low tides and allows for splendid swimming opportunities. It is sheltered by steep cliffs behind it. Ruins of a Moorish historical castle can also be found atop the cliffs. There are many wonderful natural rock formations as well, that decorate the beach.

It's an Oceanic Beach located on the coast of Portugal in the municipality of Aljezur. Praia da Pipa Beach has an extensive and very narrow strip of sand that stays practically all immersed during high tide. It is also known as Praia do Medo da Pipa Beach.
There's a string of pebbles along the bottom of the cliff and rocky formations in the bathing area. The top is filled with dune vegetation.
The access goes through a dirt road that follows south beside the cliff, coming from Praia de Monte Clérigo village.
