There are 10s of questions popping in my mind right now, I would elaborate few of them here:
1. Why to choose a physical office structure when we can work on a 100% remote structure? Several big companies work on 100% remote mode i.e. Zapier.
2. How to build the processes?
3. Big companies like Google, MS, Amazon - they don't work on equity model with their employees. What if the technical checks and processes are so strong that the whole processes don't depend on few leads and pillars but the organization such autonomous and independent i.e. Infosys.
4. How to find responsible people in this era of deception?
5. What should be the mindset behind scalling-up?
6. Do you face pressure to give away ransoms to local establishments and giants in any way as a business owner?
7. Company finances - how much should you spend on which thing?

I would love you join your company someday as currently I have too many family responsibilities, therefore can not quit my current "Call center" job without a 60k replacement salary, and I have been learning REACT + JavaScript etc for the past 6 months!
Gotten very good so far, I have created a few portfolio projects! (basically copy pasted from youtube turorials but made sure I am understanding everything on the way thoroughly).
I'm sure I'm ready for a Front-End job right now if someone can offer me 50k-60k salary but no one here offers this kinda salary in Pakistan to freshies like me!
But I'm trying to save some money (150k) from now on to make sure I can survive without incoming salary for at least 3 months!
This is gonna take me 6-8 months to save up but I'll keep trying to chase my dream of becoming a successful Web Developer! InshaAllah!

I'm running a software house of around 12 people. We always ask this question "How much backup should we have?" like 6 months of burn? for example if we're spending 1 million ruppees a month, should we have 6 million in liquid before expanding? what do you think? and in what form should we have the backup? in dollars or in a fixed assets that could be sold whenever needed.

Does each equity holder should have an Upwork profile on Upwork if we are getting clients from Upwork? For example head of React, head of Nodejs should have their separate profile under the agency ?
