I feel the disappearing graffiti is to make the world feel dynamic. Taggers only go around at night. And maybe the grounds keeper has to keep cleaning it off, hence why it disappears during the day yet reappears at night. An attempt at a somewhat dynamic changing system in the game world
It's probably a bug where the tag is supposedly on a closed shop, hence to why it appears on hours when all the shops are closed. But the developers just messed up the location

There's actually a .0001% chance you may end up in an alternate timeline when loading a new game, where the earthquake didn't happen and the rocks aren't there. Interestingly, trump is president there.

And the fact that the character can gain muscles and become fat is cool. You can buy property’s. There’s a casino and so much more. Imagine this video game with the graphics of gtav. I think they should really re boot this game. Edit: oh and one of my favorite parts is the combat. Like the way that you can learn different moves.

Great video but the outro scared the shit out of me! I was feeling really uneasy/anxious in a good way, intrigued by those myths and easter eggs and refreshed that feeling when I was discovering scary shit in GTA SA back in the days for the first time. The atmosphere of this video and music used in it was really mysterious and did the job when suddenly the outro music came out of nowhere playing at full volume and I jumped a little xD
Honestly imagine in one of the missions you help someone out of Alcatraz or even your brother. Alcatraz would change the game so much with myths and mysteries too
for the graffiti one i think its a glitch for the walls because when youre making two walls sandwiched with each other they star clipping to each other and showing at the same time rockstar probably just accidentaly put two of the same walls too close to each other which would explain the "graffiti ghost"
