Hey all, just a heads up, going forward, ANYONE mocking any of the witnesses in the comments will have all future comments hidden. Feel free to call into question the filmmaking, even the investigation side of things. We will no longer tolerate some of the hate being spewed in the comments sections.
    Thanks for watching and reading!

In 1977 we live in a cottage on a lake in upstate New York. A twenty acre field with thick forest beyond was our backyard. I built a club house near the back door using scrap plywood and pallet boards. On the edge of the forest three ponderosa pines made a triangle and finding three 16 foot two by eight planks I decided to move the clubhouse up in to the top of the pine trees. Once I had the planks sturdy and secured about 25 feet up I started nailing down the deck boards. It was the greatest hideout in the world, I could see the cottage clearly and hear mother call to dinner but remain undetected. And that is when I realized I was being watched. There were no woops, growls, whistles or tree knocking. I actually saw them . Two of them. Tall and slim and covered with medium brown hair. I think they were both male and not very old. I was about 5'7" then and they were both much taller than I was. I think they were older than I was at the time. They sat quietly, watching me nail the boards down. I could see them pointing at me and making talk to each other, but I couldn't hear them. They were about fifty yards away and though they sat behind short brush ,from so far up I could see them very clearly. When they realized I could see them, they started chortling and playfully hitting each other on the arms. I all most shyte. As they wrestled around I climbed down as fast as I could, dropping the last few feet to the ground and running as fast as I could and locked the back door as soon as I got in. The treehouse was abandoned, I stopped running our dogs in the field and stayed out of the back yard until we moved about a year later. I kept watching the edge of the woods from the upstairs window but never saw them again while we lived there. Now I live in West Central Florida, the green swamp north of me. I have a skunk ape that visits my back yard as it makes it's rounds. It hoots like an owl and it taps like a woodpecker and it squalls like a bobcat and it yelps like a coyote and it caws like the crows screeches like the bluejay. But I see the scrounged up looking black thing in the edge of the woods and it's tracks in the back yard. It is not an ape even though it's called a skunk ape.

Aweome documentaries... me and my children always watch and listen to your videos every night before bedtime...
Where im from, there are sightings, and sounds that people think are bigfoot... recently someone said someone was knocking on hef cabin in the middle of the night, before that happened they were put in the lakr and saw something across the lake in the distance walking in the shoreline. They got scared and quickly went back to their camp and stayed in the cabin.

This is a spectacular documentary featuring great friends that are true and solid. Hello Larry Sidwell, Les O'Dell, and Russ Jones! Nice work! Mark Matzke, well done! STM and Seth Breedlove put out a great film. Thank you! Awesome job. Larry Sidwell and I have spoken several times around a campfire about his experience. It always makes an impact on me hearing about it. I loved seeing the location! That was cool. The drone video was excellent. The interviews were my favorite! Maske's precise and well worded narration gets an A+ . I highly recommend that you watch this. It's great. Thank you all for sharing your experiences and knowledge and talents to bring this story to life. We're always grateful for Monogahela's help too with the audio...Love him too! Good Video. I have heard The Howl in Northeast Arkansas. It was So Loud, I've never heard anything like it before. My Sister and I were sitting in her front porch swing at about 9:30 pm. There is a creek behind her house. It sounded like it echoed down the creek. Everything else went Dead Silent. No crickets, frogs, etc. so we got up and went in the house. Also, I grew up just a few miles away, and My Mother, my Cousin, and I saw a little one run across our driveway. The used to throw gravel at our house, especially while my Dad was gone night fishing.
Take Care and Be Safe out there guys. I KNOW they are Real... 🙏🙏🙏

Good mix of testimonies with audio/video support. Well done and interesting to listen to the experiences. One way not to have an encounter with nature is to stay inside and miss out. As for me, I am still haunted by an accidental pic I took ten years ago in a remote mountain forest area with my new iphone as I was trying to put it back in my pocket. Instead, I snapped a pic of my shadow in the dead of winter. What we saw, was a civil war soldier with horned rim glasses and literally dozens of eyes and faces looking up out of the leaves where my shadow fell. Everyone who saw it, said it was deeply disturbing and it was.

I just DONT understand the criticism and ridicule that witnesses have thrown their way. It is very frustrating. I have been able to actually not allow these people affect me anymore. After all, it’s their loss. One day they will hit a brick wall of truth. With the DNA study coming back, again, showing human female and male unknown….we can all come up with our own hypothesis. However, there is ONE fact we just don’t have figured out. And if anybody is saying that they know for sure where these beings came from or how they came into existence…well….they are lying. All we can do is respect each others thoughts. And or work together to bring the truth to the world. They are a people. They have their culture. They choose to stay elusive and in hiding for some reason. Why? Humans can be absolutely brutal. We destroy. Thank you Small Town Monsters for this program.

Protecting us from being harmed by big cats, bear, wolves.

I am not mocking this presentation ~ in fact I have found it very entertaining ! Allow me to add that as a native West Virginian, 85 years of age, that I have spent literally hundreds of hours in the very areas shown and talked about here, often alone and sometimes with a group. I have taken my family in late summer to Dolly Sods to pick huckleberries and the only concern was rattle snakes ~ do be careful, they are there. I have hunted deer, turkeys and snowshoe hares ~ I have also fished many hours in local streams. I am a photographer and have taken literally hundreds of photos of sunrises, sunsets, landscapes and wildlife here. Bear Rocks ~ at the end of the Dolly Sods road just before turning down the mountain to get to Rt 28, is one of my favorite places to hang out!♥ Please do not think I am critical of this documentary and maybe I just have not been lucky enough to experience sightings, sounds or the tracks of unidentified critters ~ in my days, weeks and hundreds of hours I have yet to see or hear anything that my trained Hill Billy ears or eyes can not identify. Keep on writing!! I am sure that you have an appreciative following!
P.S, I have seen two mountain lions and a few coyotes and some bear, both adults and cubs and now and then an eagle flying over.

The people hear are genuine and curious in doing research. I wish the title would not be so deceptive. Bravo for these people to go out and do real research and educate the public about these majestic creatures. I wish I had experience these encounters but in over 40 years of hunting and wilderness camping nothing. I been in B.C. and northwestern boreal forest and nothing. Now I heard at times strong noises but nothing that can be associated with Bigfoot.

Hi, Thanks for posting more excellent content. In Ron and Joe's recording of language which is slowed to 60%, are the whistles (Short bird call) attributed to Sasquatch? They were not omitted when other background noises were, so I was wondering, and I've heard them before. Thank you!

A Native American woman wrote a small book about her experience as a young girl and she said her group of her family tribe could communicate with the sasquatch and when the sasquatch started eating their dead and stealing their babies she said they ended up trapping the sasquatch in a cave and lighting a fire 🔥 killing these things.

West Virginia has some of the wildest wilderness. Plus, lots of venomous snakes, so plenty of areas are basically untouched. Beautiful country but remote and scary! I am in the Pacific Northwest now, and I would much rather be lost in the woods here rather than in West Virginia.
