excellent video, especially in the touch used to warn the movement of the rod at 6 psi. and checking for 3/4 offset with the tape measure. Field experience is clearly seen
Hi Tyler, how you manage to make first person view, hands-free filming when you installed the positioner onto the actuator yoke? Did you wear camera glass while recording your video? Thanks
When he says he want to make sure the valve is totally in close position before he will attached the bracket, it means to me the whole valve is push to close and so it is fail open...
For the bench set pressure. Being 6-22 PSI, is that an acceptable range for movement? I noticed you wanted to go for 6PSI for stem movement, wouldn't it be acceptable as long as it's below 22?
a7x3186 The 6 to 22 PSI bench that is designed to act in coordination with the spring and actuator diaphragm size. 6 PSI to start moving the valve and should be fully stroke by 22 PSI. Spring seating pressure is chosen based on the process line pressure among other things.
First signs of actuator stem movement off upper mechanical stop needs to be exactly at 6psi. Rated travel (3/4") needs to be between 6psi and 22 psi precisely. It does not mean that first signs of actuator stem movement can be anywhere between 6 and 22psi. So essentially when coupled the valve travel is mechanically limited between it's rated travel on nameplate. Actuator mechanical stop at the top and plug on seat at the bottom.

Tyler, thank you so much for sharing your technical knowledge. Excellent job
Thanks so much for sharing this video, I hope you makes a technical videos like this in lap ❤
Thank's for this vedio, next we need information for maintenance of this equipment
Hi Tyler, thanks for a good presentation. Simple and accurate without the wank.
Great!!!...💯from Peru!
excelente explicación, para recordar

gopro chest or head harness
@@tylerwasilenko8485 i tried before but hard to focus the subject i want to film live.
Great video, thanks!
Great information provide 👍
thanks for sharing the knowledge
Nice work! Great video dude!
Great detailed information. thanks
Its a 1/2 inch wrench for mounting the DVC......oops
thanks for your video. the valve you wanted to set up was fail closed valve, wasn't it
When he says he want to make sure the valve is totally in close position before he will attached the bracket, it means to me the whole valve is push to close and so it is fail open...
Yes fail closed. The point was to make sure the plug is seated and diaphragm is at preload position before coupling
Wouldn't the DVC6000 compensate and correct for small variations in bench set anyhow?
thank you for sharing your technical but we need a next vedio of configuration withe hart modem
Fantastic video...
thanks for sharing your knowledge. how 10 or 22 PSI can close a line that might contain a flow within more than 200 PSI ??

Luke Staples so for 22psi if stem is not reached desired 3/4" then can we do spring adjustment ? Is it effect 6psi stem movement
Can the actuator body be rotated when mounting, we have a cable tray in the way and would to rotate
I have seen that done many times. Always paying attention to direction of flow.
thank you so much
thanks sir !
Thanks it's helpful
Thx
What is the make and model of digital manometer using?
made by Crystal gauge
Gracias!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
nice sir
i need next video
No habla Español
This Elliot Goblet look alike put me to sleep boring presenter
claudio Cardenas please feel free to view it again next time you can't fall asleep..;)
Imagine being this miserable of a person to complain about such a helpful video. Thanks for the vid Tyler. Helped a lot
