Masha Allah, I have learned and come to understand something intriguing from *The Hermetic Philosophy*. It led me to develop my own perspective. Although this philosophy was written by non-Muslims (as far as I know), I have always believed there is a connection to the truth in Islam. For instance, the term "Hermetic" originates from the name Hermes Trismegistus, or Enoch, who is often identified as Prophet Idris (A.S.). Wallahuaklam Bi Sawab. When I discovered this connection, I began researching further and realized that aspects of this philosophy might indeed be derived from Islamic teachings. And it turns out, this understanding is true. Thank you for sharing this knowledge; it reaffirms my perspective.
I am trying my best to practice Islam every day. I was kinda out of religion for a long time but now I am desperate to be changed and trying back to Allah. I am continuously seeking his guidance through prayer. I want to change. I don’t want dusty dark life. I want Islam desperately in my life. May Allah be pleased with me and everyone who has faith in him.
Actually, the fact that you are trying your best to practice Islam is the best thing that Allah SWT grant to you. Maybe, just maybe, Even after struggling and praying, your life condition is not improved, it means your condition is the best state for you that always pull you closer to Allah SWT. We don't know our life will be end, but Allah SWT knows. Who knows it is near. So Allah SWT put us in our best state even if we think it's not ideal so He will welcome us as a muslimin and muttaqin at the moment of our death.

Was watching this video written in your destiny? Yes, it was written. Did you have the free will to decide to watch this video? Yes, I did. Are you responsible for watching this video? Yes, I am. Does something being written in your destiny deny your free will? No, it does not.

It is a very complex and difficult subject to comment and fund any conclusion. Only Allah knows the right answer. I am in search of a simple answer to this question for years, but no success, including this vlog. Very knowledgeable Ulema is unable to clarify this issue
There is no satisfactory answer to this question and many others. One does not need to be a philosopher to recognize the paradox of predestination and free will. However, we must trust in God on this matter... Since we know that God is the Absolute Just, we know that He will not wrong anyone, even if philosophical paradoxes might make it appear otherwise. Qadr is a concept that we humans cannot fully comprehend, just as we cannot fully understand the essence of God. In my opinion, attempting to understand the concept of Qadr in a philosophical way creates more problems. Therefore, one should approach philosophy with caution.
Still hard to digest. Because what matter its in the final, Heaven or Hell. Even thought I have choice to make, and do good deeds, I still cannot negate the final destiny. I prefer to avoid this topic on my mind, to avoid Satan whisper...
I actually expected something different from all the apologetics I've heard on this topic, but it's just the same. Still unconvincing. No one argues God forces people to choose. The argument is that, God's knowledge which clearly, from our perspective, precedes our actions binds our actions . In other words we can't choose any other than what God knows we'd choose. And this is fixed. To put in the language of probability, we have elements in our sample space of decisions which have no assigned probability whatsoever. Just existing in the sample space as illusions.
We disagree. Predestination assumes that everything is written in stone: if a person is predestined 2 b an evil man, not only r his choices false n irrelevant, his choices WILL b bad bc he was CREATED 2 b evil n condemned 2 b evil b4 he was even born. Ð fact of ð matter is, there are unsolvable (not unsolved but solvable, actually unsolvable) problems that cannot b computed. Free will is like that: what WE do can't b determined in advance; if not, we wd hav no free will n no one wd bear any responsibility at all 4 their actions, good OR evil. We work by probability: it is more or less likely that we will choose 2 do good or choose 2 do evil. 2 ppl can choose 2 b friends or not. God knows ð probability of that choice, but until it actually happens, it remains indeterminate. Indeterminacy is beyond free will: we hav choices where ð outcome is not determined until we make them. Based on those choices, different pathways r opened up 2 us n others r simply gone; they no longer exist. Thus, God can know ð probability of our actions, but we can still be a surprise. Sometimes good, sometimes not. That is quite literally y we r here in this dunya: to choose, to collapse ð indeterminacy.

well 6 destinies 1 no eternal hell, 2 not too long in hell 3 paradise bound 4 not as slave of paradise 5 least of muslims in paradise 6 above least of muslims being in paradise... me go for destiny 5 but 6 is welcome...
The problem is your analogy didnt match the situation in this world, if a person knowing the train will crash in 8 second has no control to both train, but Allah has control For those train and letting them crash, life is a test but if allah knows a person will do bad in this world, an unbeliever and fail the test. Why he test him? Testing someone who already knew he's gonna fail its like testing a kid operating a rocket, its pointless
Sorry but you seem to didnt understand which analogy is given for what. Train example has given for knowledge is based on reality not for understanding the meaning of creating something which you know its future. "Testing someone who already knew he's gonna fail its like testing a kid operating a rocket, its pointless" you think like this because you are bound by time and this explained in earlier minutes of video.
> you originally don't exist, yes or no? > in your nonexistent, you couldn't choose between vanilla and chocolate ice cream, could you? > God always exists > God always knows > God decides to Force you to exist, decides to Force you to be born in a modern age where there's a vanilla ice cream for you to choose and eat > you then began to exist, began to be Forcefully born in a modern age where there's a vanilla ice cream for you to choose and eat > the ice cream inventor must also be Forced to invent the ice cream according to God's Absolute knowledge > where does your freedom come from? obviously you're Forced to ride a rollercoaster, called God's Absolute knowledge since the very beginning > you couldn't have chosen otherwise because in your nonexistent, you could only accept to be Forcefully taken out of nothingness by God

Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allāh. Indeed, Allāh forgives all sins.[1] Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."
@ An-nass
the Quran is for the djins and humans
does that message apply to iblees, who's a djin as well?
apparently iblees is finished, permanently.
Finally, the concept of Destiny got its justice in my brain! Beautiful explanation.
You all are doing great work! I love this channel.
@ before you're born, when you don't exist
can you make a choice between vanilla and chocolate ice cream?
you cannot, can you?
meanwhile God, Always exists
God Alone knows All
God Alone who decides to Force you to exist,
God Alone who decides to Force you to be born in the modern age where there's ice cream for you,
God Alone who decides to Force the ice cream inventor to invent the ice cream for you
you will know that free will is logically incoherent when you realize that God Alone who decides to Force you to exist while fully knowing every choice you haven't even made it yet,
you haven't even made a choice between chocolate and vanilla ice cream,
the ice cream hasn't even been invented yet
meanwhile God, Alone knows All
God Alone who decides to Force All to exist, everything is enslaved by his Absolute knowledge
so you don't really make a choice, at all.

I am a Yemeni girl displaced from the war. My family and I live in a rented house in Al-Shahrab 20,000 Yemenis among us, and now we owe 60,000 for 3 months. The owner of the house is one of the people who does not have mercy, by God, my brother. He comes every day, insulting us, talking about us, and moving from the house to the street because we were unable to pay him the rent. The neighbors saw us crying and came back. They came back to talk to the neighbors and we were given the weekend. So we made him swear by God. He will take us out into the street. Have mercy on him and us. Our country is due to this war and we do not find food for our day, and my brothers and I live in a difficult life. Our father died, may God have mercy on him, and we have no one in this world who was with us in these harsh circumstances. My younger brothers went out into the street and saw...The neighbors eat and stand at their door in order to give them bread even if they break it. By God, to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, they closed the door and expelled them and came back crying. They are dying of hunger. No one has mercy on them and a holiday is returned. I have made a living, and now if one of us helps us with a kilo of flour, I swear to God, I am dying of hunger. My brother, I am an alien to God. Just one question: Is there any proof that our souls have seen Lawh Al- Mahfuuz before? I know our souls declared our faith to Allah and we met other souls, but I never heard that Allah showed us Lawh- Al Mahfuz?
I have never heard such a thing.
Was watching this video written in your destiny?
Yes, it was written.
Did you have the free will to decide to watch this video?
Yes, I did.
Are you responsible for watching this video?
Yes, I am.
Does something being written in your destiny deny your free will?
No, it does not.
@ before you're born, when you don't exist
can you make a choice between vanilla and chocolate ice cream?
you cannot, can you?
meanwhile God, Always exists
God Alone knows All
God Alone who decides to Force you to exist,
God Alone who decides to Force you to be born in the modern age where there's ice cream for you,
God Alone who decides to Force the ice cream inventor to invent the ice cream for you
you will know that free will is logically incoherent when you realize that God Alone who decides to Force you to exist while fully knowing every choice you haven't even made it yet,
you haven't even made a choice between chocolate and vanilla ice cream,
the ice cream hasn't even been invented yet
meanwhile God, Alone knows All
God Alone who decides to Force All to exist, everything is enslaved by his Absolute knowledge
so you don't really make a choice, at all
🎉🎉😮😮😮😊😊😊😊

I thought I unsubbed? How did I end up watching this? There ya go. Destiny is simply the will of god. Period.
Hello
> you originally don't exist,
yes or no?
> in your nonexistent, you couldn't choose between vanilla and chocolate ice cream, could you?
> God always exists
> God always knows
> God decides to Force you to exist, decides to Force you to be born in a modern age where there's a vanilla ice cream for you to choose and eat
> you then began to exist, began to be Forcefully born in a modern age where there's a vanilla ice cream for you to choose and eat
> the ice cream inventor must also be Forced to invent the ice cream according to God's Absolute knowledge
> where does your freedom come from?
obviously you're Forced to ride a rollercoaster, called God's Absolute knowledge since the very beginning
> you couldn't have chosen otherwise because in your nonexistent,
you could only accept to be Forcefully taken out of nothingness by God
It is a very complex and difficult subject to comment and fund any conclusion. Only Allah knows the right answer. I am in search of a simple answer to this question for years, but no success, including this vlog. Very knowledgeable Ulema is unable to clarify this issue

God won't be questioned for anything he does
It's just that simple
There is no satisfactory answer to this question and many others. One does not need to be a philosopher to recognize the paradox of predestination and free will. However, we must trust in God on this matter... Since we know that God is the Absolute Just, we know that He will not wrong anyone, even if philosophical paradoxes might make it appear otherwise. Qadr is a concept that we humans cannot fully comprehend, just as we cannot fully understand the essence of God. In my opinion, attempting to understand the concept of Qadr in a philosophical way creates more problems. Therefore, one should approach philosophy with caution.
@ you're WRONG
@ God is Absolute
which means ofc God won't be questioned for anything he does
why are you not satisfied with the obvious?
Bro don't scare us like that man!
Still hard to digest. Because what matter its in the final, Heaven or Hell. Even thought I have choice to make, and do good deeds, I still cannot negate the final destiny.
I prefer to avoid this topic on my mind, to avoid Satan whisper...

the intro 💀
I actually expected something different from all the apologetics I've heard on this topic, but it's just the same. Still unconvincing. No one argues God forces people to choose. The argument is that, God's knowledge which clearly, from our perspective, precedes our actions binds our actions
. In other words we can't choose any other than what God knows we'd choose. And this is fixed. To put in the language of probability, we have elements in our sample space of decisions which have no assigned probability whatsoever. Just existing in the sample space as illusions.
That said earth is flat❤

If you were sent directly to hell without being actually tested you'd say Allah is unfair. So in short your are living the evidence of your test.
