There's one important step left out of this vid... He needs to synch up all his gauges on carb 2 first to get a base line to make sure all carbs are reading the same vacuum amount before connecting them to each carb. That's the only way he'll see if they are out of synch.
So far this was the best video, have a better idea now, just need to find the vacuum gauge set up, thanks Chinese man.

I think Carb 1 and 2 are labled wrong.. Carp 2 has the full hose. 1, 3 and 4 has caps.
