@@Sen-ki- can you explain how can it not be. His heart rate is literally dropping low which is not good for him even though he has mastered it you don't see him using dead calm two or three times because he knows himself it's dangerous. It is clearly explained in the manga.

A heart rate of 40 (which is what he reaches according to the official fanbook) isn't dangerous at all. Some people in real life reach 18bpm when diving, so 40 is a lot of leeway. The only dangerous aspect is if he didn't have enough oxygen. However he's resting his entire body except his arms (meaning he minimizes oxygen consumption) and is using concentration breathing to supply a basically endless amount of oxygen to his arms. This technique is not dangerous at all to him. The only case this would be dangerous is if the attack is too much for him to handle, in which case he'd either have to tank it or switch back to a moderate heart rate rapidly which takes a bit of time.
