  • In this video we show you how to install a safari snorkel on your ford ranger. We show you in depth, step by step how to do this right from the beginning, including all of the nitty gritty bits a lot of other videos don't show you!
    We are currently in the process of preparing our vehicle for our Big Lap of Australia, which we are heading off for in November this year, so only a few months away! We are so excited about becoming a travelling family and start caravanning around Australia!

    Cheers mate, made life heaps easier installing mine on the Ranger. Totally agree with the wheel liner clips, just cut all the heads off mine and replaced all of them with new one's and also let the Sika set up overnight, good tips! Thanks again and hope all is going well with your Big Lap.

    Great video. I like that you show all steps involved. Looking to remove my snorkel to reseal it properly as ARB did a sh!7 job the first and second time. Cheers!

      Hey, so the snorkel turned up today. Has a template included for a px1 and px2. Not px3 so I assume the px3 is the same as px2. Was your kit the same? Just want to make sure before I drill the holes. Cheers, Kev.

      Yeah mate px2 and px3 are the same, not sure why they haven’t updated their instructions to say so though 🤷🏽‍♂️

      Yeah mate, did tyres, bullbar, lift and canopy fit out and very happy with it 👍🏼

    Wait...so if you’re still pull air into the box from the factor (top) location. What sense does it make to add a snorkel? Seems that you’re pulling air in from the factory location AND the snorkel. What am I missing ?

    At 4:36 what sensor is that?

      I believe it’s something to do with the stereo to help with reception but not 100% sure, it’s not there anymore since the bullbar has been installed
