But fast food is cheap because there are no natural ingredients. In fact, it deprives your brain of any beneficial nutrients. Have you noticed the increase in mad and violent behavior at these places? I'm pretty sure that all of the chain factories are using additives that causes addiction. That's why it's so hard to stop. The customers are losing their minds. You probably don't remember that about 25 years ago, a shitload of cattle had to be put down because they tested positive for Mad Cow Disease. Oprah talked about it on her show and told everyone to stop eating beef. Then the Cattleman's Association threatened her legally and physically, so she told everyone to eat beef again. Just remember that all of the medicine, growth hormones, anti-biotics and preservatives that are fed to all the cattle, do not stop working, when the cow is slaughtered. All that crap is ingested by us. Cows, chicken and other edibles are so full of growth hormone that those hormones are causing obesity in kids. The only way to reverse it, is to quit it. Our grandparents didn't believe in eating fast food and they weren't obese...well, most. But it's the brain damage that is wrecking me. Look how many people are coming down with dementia and at a young age. Scary!!!
