I'm surprised you went for both soy sauce and salt. Also, I wonder if the pure tuna sausage could have scored slightly higher if it did have a bit of seasoning.
@@Mrmisterrs there are fattier pieces of the tuna. The stuff they sell as sushi grade (which is not a protected term that means anything) is usually very lean because people think thats the purest. Sushi is actually made from all the pieces of tuna and the diffrent pieces are used differently because they dont all taste the same. But the fatty pieces are really delicous.
I am so bold as to recommend a Summer delicacy, the multi-salad sausage. Chicken salad, potato salad, and crab salad. None of that egg salad or macaroni salad nonsense in my sausage house! Add green onions if you're feeling fancy.
Pasta salad with olives and tomatoes is great, but mayo based mac salad is a hard pass for me most of the time, unless it's sweet enough from the onions. 😆 Each to their own of course!

I made a comment in the coconut sausage video from the other day that Mr. Sausage should do one sausage with the ingredient by itself and one with the ingredient with pork because the former is zanier but the latter is more viable, especially with ingredients like the sour patch kids or the aloe vera sausage. I don't know if he read the but the next video and he does exactly that. That's what he should be doing every video I think.

You should try to cook the sausage the way you would do longganisa. You poke holes, and fill the pan with water until it’s halfway up the sausage. The water will evaporate and leave you with oil to fry with.

I made tuna-balls fried in panko with these ingrediences some time ago. Added a little cheese as well. They are fantastic. Super delicious.
