What to do for decrease swelling .. i had acl and meniscus surgery 1.5 month ago.. still i have swelling and now it’s spread to my back side of the knee also so i couldn’t bend like i used to after surgery… ples reply
i had the same surgery on may 20th. Keep your knee elevated, put ice and do prone hangs. search it up on youtube, game changer for me
