2:51 with or without the skin you can change the scope of koshka and svd so you can see the outside just turn on the realistic scope in the settings :)
The Outlaw and the Rytec aren't bad snipers for those who might ask, they are just not as good as the one mentionned here. The Outlaw is a worse SPR, and the Rytec is good only for training your movements, but it can't wallbang, it has 5 bullets, it is slow etc.
Outlaw was soooooo destroyed by snipers nerf, the hit flinch is terrible, and counting than u should aim for the chest, it doesnt make sense... I think they should buff the hit flinch and scoping stability, also blank scope. I mean, at this piont Outlaw is only good at fast ads but even then, the blank scoping of other snipers sometimes makes one shot even faster than outlaw can finish the animation. Another no sense thing...

Outlaw is as fast as the SPR but has a worse hitbox at all range, it has an advantage on one thing being the amount of bullets in the mag. Rytec is a slow sniper that has the capability to spam 2 shots per second. Ok cool but that's just a slow SVD with a better hitbox. I prefer by far using a SVD at this point since you can hardscope spam with it.
@@reddragon6274 i kinda disagree outlaw wasn't that good compared to other sniper before the huge nerf they received. Locus was way better at this moment and after the nerf the DLQ came back on top but since the last SPR buff, Outlaw was still better statistically speaking.
ZRG 20mm will come in the next season. It’s a very high damage sniper. It has the fastest bullet velocity in the category. But it has only 3 ammo per mag and slow mobility.
Great video as usual! I think I would totally agree with this list. The DLQ has been my top choice for quite a while but the snipers and guns in general seem to be fairly balanced this season
Locus with stopping power rounds is the best sniper to use imo. Same hitbox as dlq, a bit faster ads then “” in the end it’s a matter of what you practice with most. Scope in animation is also a key factor, which makes using another sniper rifle feel weird. Rytec and outlaw also deserve a spot in the top 5. You will never see me use sks or svd, too easy. Koshka has a horrible scope-in animation, but that’s how i feel about it

For me top 3 is for Rytec amr, kilo bolt action and dlq they have the highest damage in mp and rytec also can one shot in br which is cool. Kilo bolt with termite mag is unstoppable. I have nothing to tell why dlq is best.

I’ve actually found a good competitor to the Locus solely due to ADS. Winchester 94(MK2 Carbine) -18.0in Sport Barrel -6x Tactical Scope -MIP Sport Stock -Stippled Grip Tape -OWC Laser/Tactical Upsides: •Similar ADS to Locus/DLQ and feels faster •Quicker ROF •Comparable accuracy •Hit Flinch feels less intense Downsides: •Less range •Less ammunition with this setup(could sacrifice barrel shortness for extra ammo) This is coming from someone who plays respawns the most so I’m not aware of the penetration for wall-bangs, feel free to try this setup if you want
Actually for me koshka rank should be higher to dlq. If u just use ur crosshair more than the scope it self u will get tons of kills Ex: U saw a enemy u will need to center ur crosshair first before scoping and firing it. Its my way of using koshka or if ur hard scoping i swipe my finger left and right so i can see more area and know if enemys is in my left screen or right.plus since koshka has a 6x scope enemy will be bigger if ur hardscoping at them so it will be easier to follow their moves or ones u centered at them just fire as fast as possible
Tip: DON'T DOWNLOAD THE KOSHKA, if you don't then it will use the default resources and it will look like the DLQ. The Koshka is a better version of the DLQ, but only if you don't download its resources so it will have the DLQ appearance. Edit: You should also check out the SPR without the scope, it is much better and it removes all of the downsides he mentioned about it. The SPR is just so good, using it with iron sights makes close range fights also much easier and it is actually OP even against SMGs!

Since you include the spr, imma say it. Hot pick in my opinion: 1. Kilo bolt (kar98k) Ads is fast, if you can hit the torso it keeps one shotting, and i think it has a faster bolt time than spr 2. Dlq-33: self explanatory 3. Koshka: i like it but the scope feels clunky I put the kilo in no 1 bcuz i cant consistently hit my shots with the dlq meanwhile I hit all of my shots with the kilo bolt
Im really bad at customising my attachments for my guns so i copy the ones from players i come across in ranked, idk if its bad but I thanked this person once and he gave me really good tips, because of that guy i found out why my sniping was really slow even when I switched from using ads. Now i have a really bad habit of copying gunsmiths. i currently have 3 loudouts commited to copied DLQ loudouts.
My top 3 snipers are 1. Arctic .50 (I started sniping with this and am most comfy with it and it's ADS build and it's default scope) 2. SKS 3. Locus (mostly because I only just got an epic skin and am giving it a chance)
I would really like to include Rytec since its also good but the downside of Rytec is that it has slow movement speed but it is still good and also has a good 1 shot hitbox

Changing the Tac Laser to the Stopping Power mag in Locus makes the sniper competitive by improving its hit box and I honestly couldn't feel any different in ADS speed between DLQ and Locus with stopping power
1 is the outlaw, very good ads and is actually quit good. The only problem is the oneshot onekill potential, you need to be very accurate. 2 is the MK2, it is good for people that is quite new to sniping because you can have a high fire rate with a special type of bullet. 3 is the kilo because of fast ads.
SPR is my main weapon, and I love it. I sacrifice the scope for FMJ and only use iron sight, it feels like using an outlaw without a scope, with the hitbox of a DLQ. I just fell in love with it (Though the 5 bullet magazine does annoyed me sometime)
Top 3 Dlq: obvious SVD: 1 shot infinitely and 2 shot infinitely is good. It is my first sniper to quick/hard scope and my first sniper before the dlq. Outlaw: fast ads while prone to hitmarkers. It is my current sniper to use since I mastered dlq. Honorable mentions: ZRG: it is not out yet in this season but now it is great as hell. Koshka: blank scopes Rytec: 0 ms drop time and good thermite mag unlike the kilo
The locus is actually pretty useful in small maps in snd like craash or nuketown because it's pretty much more efficient on camping bcs it's quiet rather than the dlq
Top 3 Snipers in my list: 3- SKS; I always underrate this weapon because i think "The fire rate is not that good" and then i pick it and the fire rate is nuts. This is consistent semi-auto Oden. 2- DLQ 33; FMJ, Deep wallbangs, Good hitboxes, Can be silenced, and that all without sacrificing something in the build. Scope sway may start soon though, and flinch may be bad combined with the fire rate of this cockback sniper, so it requires you to pick 1v1 fights. 1- Arctic .50; This is because of a build that abuses it's best attribute: how well it can be spammed on the right build. Utilizing steady stock so the vertical recoil control becomes better than 15% and the rest being able to be light supressor, assasin barrel, 10 round extended and sleight of hand, if you use four or more fingers to play you can spam it's 500ms and the scope comes back to the same spot combined with it's bullets and better range than SVD + the hands are valid hitbox and it doesn't aim that slow. Even for wallbangs (when they aren't deep) spamming this will grant a fast 2 shot 90% of the time even without FMJ, and a headshot is 1tap. On spawns, very underrated sniper and build for power positions and intelligent playstyle.

But the whole point as a sniper is to not get hit even if this build i have has the least amount of flinch possible in any good build, and that's why it's a good idea to have a secondary L CAR 9 or MW11 (Renetti requires precision and .5D GS fire rate is too slow) My secondary MW11 build is stacked range on supressor and barrel, longest extended mag, lightweight trigger and sleight of hand, it's a good 3tap if you are precise (and that's most likely since this is your fast movement/short ranged backup)
SKS is my main gun. But haven't tried the scope on it. The Z-09 Xylith skin has really good Iron sights. I can even take a Sniper at a significant range with that Iron sight. Liked it better than any other guns. Will try it with Sniper scope too.
my favorite sr is probably 1Locus because i fkn dia skin that one and im so used to that ads animation and sound 2 koska i love this gun for fast ads even with the so little to see in ads(using normal skin). i use it most of the time in 1v1 3.rytec. ilove using rytec even it has bad movement speed but u can aid this by changing to your knife, Fact:Rytec has no changing animation when changing to your secondary wepon(idk if it was still working if not maybe they patch it)
Perks of koshka over dlq: Better blank-scope accuracy Faster animation depending on build Perks of using dlq over koshka: Better scope Can have fhj suppressor and laser Smoother animation but this one’s debatable For a agro sniper I suggest koshka since the better accuracy and faster ads depending on build however if you’re a passive or mixed I’d say dlq because of the better scope and supressor
First finally Just to add it here when i first used the sr the main first gun i got the hang on was the rytec then i moved to the kilo bolt to get at bolt action feeling then i slowly transition to the DLQ and start getting the ropes around it like how to quickscope and everything like that and im still working on some stuff and trying out more snipers so that i can get the feel of them and some work around and the shocking part is its only been a month and a half i think since i start playing
I think (my opinion) 1.Locus - because great ads time and better for quickscopes then dlq 2. Dlq - I think dlq would have been the no 1 sniper but because of the Nerf the hitmarkers have been increased so sometimes i don't feel like using it 3. Zrg - i like this sniper because of its 1 shot where ever u hit with anti vehicle mag and great ads time
SKS, Rytec and M21 for both MP and BR. The M21 is most used for BR from drop. Got almost all my nuclear kills with SKS in MP! Rytec is good on big maps hate the low round count and have to use vulture, but it's satisfying seeing them explode or burn and watching the guy next to him run because they don't want none of that. Even when it misses some people run right into my teammates because they don't want to explode!
One advantage that the marksman rifles have over the snipers is that the enemy won't have GET DOWN SNIPER! Hollered down there ears every time you look at them
Kilo bolt action for fun because it is the most satisfying reload, shooting animation and sounds. Really good dmg even tho it has horrible ads and no built in scope.
My favorite one is the Um DL Q33 ofc and second SPR because of its ads, 3rd is the Locus locus is just like DL Q33 And SPR combined but slower ads speed
For f2p players one workaround for koshka scope if available is just don't download its base skin and any other skin as it will show as the dlq with it's scope
My top three gotta be the Locus, Kar98k(Bolt-action Sniper), and the Arctic 50. I know no body asked but I got Gold, Platinum, and the Dark Aether (Grindable) Skin for all three snipers.
Top 3 1.SPR 2.Koshka 3.DLQ I’ve spent the most time mastering the spr and koshka. I’ve been on the SPR NA leaderboard for 2 seasons. For me mastering difficult/unconventional guns is more satisfying than using what is considered meta.
Bro honestly got my with the rytec 🤣 I never used a sniper ever I'm my life so I decided to use one and tried all and honestly did amazing with the dlq and got the gold and diamond camo in 2 days with 😅 really love it
MK2 will always remain underrated, I say even better than Locus and SP-R 208. Base hitbox is the same of that of the DL Q33 until 56.1m, which completely dwarfs SP-R with .300 Mag's range. It also has the same ADS time as the SP-R 208 unless you use a scope, It also has WAY faster fire rate clocking in at 57 RPM. (Base fire rate, not the 30.30 ammo) Its only downside that it has not so good ironsights, and its wallbang capability is bugged. (Supposed to be "High 77%" but it only deals 37 damage hitting the upper body through a wall.) So here's my rankings: #1 DL Q33 / Koshka #2 SKS / SVD #3 MK2 / SP-R 208 / Rytec AMR Pro Tip: Don't use the 30.30 ammo, just don't, you wouldn't want to.
MK2 isn't the best to be used as a sniper meaning to be used with a scope, else it'd be in the list (hi I'm the guy who wrote the script) Without optic MK2 > SPR With optic SPR > MK2
Im using koshka and locus rn. Dlq Sprint to fire delay puts me off, although koshkas fat scope annoys me too. I’m also not blank scoping as I only play with two fingers which makes my decision appear different to others
in my opinion i would say that kilo bolt is my top 1 since it has a termite reload and also its very satisfying to see a enemy burning from the termite reload
I used to snipe in counter strike. One day I should actually try it in cod. I haven't actually done much more than pick one up or use it for whatever season goals.

My top 5 is : 1.Rytec, becouse of the thermite rounds i can hit enemies if they are behind unwall-bangable walls 2.dlq, becouse why not amirite? 3.spr, i find the spr quite ez to use in s&d, i can rotate to places and dodge immediately if my bullet didnt hit 4.svd, my fav gun in crossfire map 5.sks, reliable in s&d
Top 3? Imma go with 3- koshka , locus 2- arctic50 , locus with stopping power (no suppress but it works, might be diff if competitive) 1- dlq for lyf Edit: i dont use owc laser nowadays, i use suppress or ext mag instead

Rytec means accuracy, timing, and bullet saving... unlike dlq 33, dlq has 6-10 magazine mag

I think Koshka with build (Mobility Stock, LSB, Stippled, Supp, Scope) could be basically DLQ but without visible laser and slightly better mobility

3- SKS; I always underrate this weapon because i think "The fire rate is not that good" and then i pick it and the fire rate is nuts. This is consistent semi-auto Oden.
2- DLQ 33; FMJ, Deep wallbangs, Good hitboxes, Can be silenced, and that all without sacrificing something in the build. Scope sway may start soon though, and flinch may be bad combined with the fire rate of this cockback sniper, so it requires you to pick 1v1 fights.
1- Arctic .50; This is because of a build that abuses it's best attribute: how well it can be spammed on the right build. Utilizing steady stock so the vertical recoil control becomes better than 15% and the rest being able to be light supressor, assasin barrel, 10 round extended and sleight of hand, if you use four or more fingers to play you can spam it's 500ms and the scope comes back to the same spot combined with it's bullets and better range than SVD + the hands are valid hitbox and it doesn't aim that slow. Even for wallbangs (when they aren't deep) spamming this will grant a fast 2 shot 90% of the time even without FMJ, and a headshot is 1tap. On spawns, very underrated sniper and build for power positions and intelligent playstyle.
100% agree with you, my arctic is basically a one shot sks. I have no recoil. I forgot what my build is, but it's a good sniper to spawn camping

But the whole point as a sniper is to not get hit even if this build i have has the least amount of flinch possible in any good build, and that's why it's a good idea to have a secondary L CAR 9 or MW11 (Renetti requires precision and .5D GS fire rate is too slow) My secondary MW11 build is stacked range on supressor and barrel, longest extended mag, lightweight trigger and sleight of hand, it's a good 3tap if you are precise (and that's most likely since this is your fast movement/short ranged backup)
SKS is my main gun. But haven't tried the scope on it. The Z-09 Xylith skin has really good Iron sights. I can even take a Sniper at a significant range with that Iron sight. Liked it better than any other guns. Will try it with Sniper scope too.
SKS is sniper assault rifle smg and shotgun.

2 koska i love this gun for fast ads even with the so little to see in ads(using normal skin). i use it most of the time in 1v1
3.rytec. ilove using rytec even it has bad movement speed but u can aid this by changing to your knife,
Fact:Rytec has no changing animation when changing to your secondary wepon(idk if it was still working if not maybe they patch it)
Love to see the spr, one of my most beloved weapons, though I like to use its iron-sights and the 10-round mag for maximum fun

For a agro sniper I suggest koshka since the better accuracy and faster ads depending on build however if you’re a passive or mixed I’d say dlq because of the better scope and supressor

Just to add it here when i first used the sr the main first gun i got the hang on was the rytec then i moved to the kilo bolt to get at bolt action feeling then i slowly transition to the DLQ and start getting the ropes around it like how to quickscope and everything like that and im still working on some stuff and trying out more snipers so that i can get the feel of them and some work around and the shocking part is its only been a month and a half i think since i start playing
Your tips and practice routine helped me a lot especially it improved my aim. I got accused of cheating, i got banned for a week.
I think (my opinion)
1.Locus - because great ads time and better for quickscopes then dlq
2. Dlq - I think dlq would have been the no 1 sniper but because of the Nerf the hitmarkers have been increased so sometimes i don't feel like using it
3. Zrg - i like this sniper because of its 1 shot where ever u hit with anti vehicle mag and great ads time

SKS, Rytec and M21 for both MP and BR. The M21 is most used for BR from drop. Got almost all my nuclear kills with SKS in MP! Rytec is good on big maps hate the low round count and have to use vulture, but it's satisfying seeing them explode or burn and watching the guy next to him run because they don't want none of that. Even when it misses some people run right into my teammates because they don't want to explode!

Kilo bolt action for fun because it is the most satisfying reload, shooting animation and sounds.
Really good dmg even tho it has horrible ads and no built in scope.
My favorite one is the Um DL Q33 ofc and second SPR because of its ads, 3rd is the Locus locus is just like DL Q33 And SPR combined but slower ads speed
For f2p players one workaround for koshka scope if available is just don't download its base skin and any other skin as it will show as the dlq with it's scope

I’ve spent the most time mastering the spr and koshka. I’ve been on the SPR NA leaderboard for 2 seasons. For me mastering difficult/unconventional guns is more satisfying than using what is considered meta.
Spr was good but they nerfed low body damage at range, for no reason. Now MK is legit better cuz the ads is faster.
Locus with power mag and no laser basically reaching locus ykwim is also a good build

Bro honestly got my with the rytec 🤣 I never used a sniper ever I'm my life so I decided to use one and tried all and honestly did amazing with the dlq and got the gold and diamond camo in 2 days with 😅 really love it
MK2 will always remain underrated, I say even better than Locus and SP-R 208. Base hitbox is the same of that of the DL Q33 until 56.1m, which completely dwarfs SP-R with .300 Mag's range. It also has the same ADS time as the SP-R 208 unless you use a scope, It also has WAY faster fire rate clocking in at 57 RPM. (Base fire rate, not the 30.30 ammo) Its only downside that it has not so good ironsights, and its wallbang capability is bugged. (Supposed to be "High 77%" but it only deals 37 damage hitting the upper body through a wall.)

Pro Tip: Don't use the 30.30 ammo, just don't, you wouldn't want to.
MK2 isn't the best to be used as a sniper meaning to be used with a scope, else it'd be in the list (hi I'm the guy who wrote the script)

Im using koshka and locus rn. Dlq Sprint to fire delay puts me off, although koshkas fat scope annoys me too. I’m also not blank scoping as I only play with two fingers which makes my decision appear different to others

I use in this order. SPR-208, DLQ, and the Locus. I mainly play MP matches, TDM to be specific.

in my opinion i would say that kilo bolt is my top 1 since it has a termite reload and also its very satisfying to see a enemy burning from the termite reload
not putting any scope on spr is actually a better choice to play it in my opinion

In my opinion the rytec is good because it has a faster fire rate so if you miss the first you might hit the second.
I used to snipe in counter strike. One day I should actually try it in cod. I haven't actually done much more than pick one up or use it for whatever season goals.

the rytec is fun to quick scope with because it is kinda slow which makes it the best blank scoping sniper FOR ME!
The koshka scope field of view can be resolved by changing scope in gunsmith
