Got some serious skills as a director. Great reenactment of the original! The suspense in the beginning was killing me :D and the Brachios happily trumpeting in the end with all our favorite jurassic musical score. And the view through the trees at the moon. God damn that was good, thank you!
Absolutely incredible. I wish the recent movies were done with this much love for the original setting. The soundtrack, the jungle, the feeling of imminent danger... I think I need to re-watch the original. Thank you for this work. Makes me fall in love with JP all over again.

In the book it spent a long time just standing there.. it actually rested its hand on the fence silently until some idiot panicked when they noticed and tore off in the opposite direction. Then after a combination of things including Tim hopping out and pulling the door shut, it finally knocked the fence down and leapt across the trench between the cars and the fence to investigate… and that’s when hell really broke loose 😰
Fun fact (and spoiler for the book) In the book version, things were already pretty much on their way to destruction long before the protagonists arrived on the island.. sure there were raptors in captivity.. But over twice as many were free to roam the park and do as they pleased, so long as a fence wasn’t in the way.

@mikewolves8557 The system in the original book had it set up so that the staff could check that all the dinosaurs were accounted for, and it'd list something like this: Velociraptor: 8/8 Dilophosaurus: 13/13 Tyrannosaurus: 3/3 Triceratops:17/17 But after the park fails, Tim asks the system not if all the dinos are accounted for, but how many there are, and it pops up something like this: Velicoraptor: 27 Dilophosaurus: 35 Tyrannosaurus: 2 Triceratops: 25 It's meant to show that the system had simply been making sure there were at least the required numbers, and not how many there really were, which shows just how doomed the park was fromnthe syart, and the overreliance that Hammond put into technology.
