Ingredients:
1.5 cup Semolina regular
1 cup curd
1 and1/4 tsp Eno fruit salt
1 cup water
To Taste Salt
1.5 tsp sugar
1 tbs Cooking Oil
15 garlic cloves
1
1.5 tbs kashmiri red chilli powder
Tempering/ Tadka
2tbs Cooking Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds/ Rai
1 tsp Sesame Seeds/ Til
10 Curry Leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
Pinch Asafoetida/ Hing
coriander leaves
