This OST speaks the language of Vincenzo. Just like the Vincenzo himself, the OST is just leaving an impression of a Villain. When I finished the last episode of the series, I really got impressed with this drama for the same reason.. If you see the whole story from the perspective of a clean cliche hero jumped out from the books, Vincenzo is the real villain in the series who managed to outsmart the judicial system, the police, the customs every single offficial..He is the true villain for lots of reasons.
1. He landed in Korea for a very own personal motive which is strictly illegal
2. He sticked to his very own plan till the last.
3. He met with a lot of people and became their saviour very randomly , and he was tackling every one of them smooth.. some in a dirty way.. some in a smooth way
4. He didn't had any plans in Korea in the first place.
5. As he promised he finally left after taking care of his business
Even though he made promises to comeback , he executed his plans with out a single change.
Vincenzo is a fresh concept for lot many reasons. The story never glorified him as a good guy even though he was doing good deeds against the corrupt system. Vincenzo is a character who was fully aware of his villianious spectrum and that image of him was maintained through out the movie. The character really made it clear in a lot scenes and he really tried to remember his nature as villain in a lot of scenes to the public . Every time the other antagonists tried to manipulate him by hitting about his way of negotiating and finishing off the tasks, he never loose his composure or temper in any of those scenes and he mocked it on their face by saying a trash can only be taken off by another trash.. The deadliest negotiations and murders that he pulled off speak for itself about how tenacious of a villain he is.

Here's what broke me: When in the early part of the drama cha young ask vincenzo if he ever killed someone, he lies and say no, then he ask what she would think of him if he was that kind of person. Cha young replies that she would still speak to him but it would feel like if they belonged to two very different worlds, and that Vincenzo would appear to her like a painting to watch from far away. When at the art gallery Vincenzo says "war and art are supposed to be looked from far away". He repeats this in the last episode. Finally, when Vincenzo is leaving after the kiss, cha young looks at him from far away just like she was looking at the painting just some moments before. He appears between two walls, the music change to a melancholic melody, then he disappear. They belong to two completely different worlds. She is a lawyer in Korea and he is a criminal hiding in Malta. What broke me about his drama and I thought was just perfect is this bitter sweet ending.

@@asmaakamel9183 Solar was the official main vocalist of Mamamoo but later on, they removed “main” or “lead” positions. In Kpop, main vocalists are usually assigned with high notes too, which is why, Solar used to have a high note after all their bridges in title tracks. Eg:- Mr. Ambiguous, Piano Man, Don’t be happy (not a title but a single), You’re the best, Um Oh Ah Yeah, Decalcomanie, Yes I Am (Last Chorus), Starry Night, Egotistic. Since Wind Flower, they don’t do this high note thing much and keep it neutral but they used to do that because Solar was named “Main”, Wheein was the “Lead” Vocalist. But they used to never refer the main/lead part. Later on, the company also removed the “main/lead” logos.

The "I can't keep you sane" will always be true for them no matter how much they're together. Cause even tho chayoung knows he's no good and what he's done, she still gets surprised every time. There were some times she was scared of him. There were some times she was surprised of his actions, even tho she knows that is what was supposed to happen.

He fudging turned into a husband and we bishes be crying over them not ending up together with adrenaline in the bg. REALLY? Cheese in the trap was enough.
