Aisha (RA) said the word “she is short” about a person. Rasullullah (SAW) said, “O Aisha, you have said a word that if mixed with the ocean, the ocean will be contaminated.”
1. Gheebah (Backbiting)
2. Bhutan (Slandering)
3. Nameemah (Gossip)
4. Ifk (spreading false information)
Our heart can’t become good until our tongue becomes good.
Abu Umamah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever recites the ‘verse of the Throne’ after every prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and entry into Paradise but his death.”

What happens if someone tells you something bad about another, & the other person is hurt by someone’s avoiding them, keeps on asking you whether you know why that someone is rejecting them, you know if you revealed what it is, it will hurt them but you feel compelled to relieve their anguish in the hope that she will learn to adjust her behaviour towards that someone to try to avoid their relationship breaking up?
