      To stay in a remote area with shortage of electricity & water, I think it's better to stay in Uttam Nagar(Delhi)builder floors at this price bracket. Surrounding posh localities - Vikas Puri & Janak Puri.

    Namaskar Tayal sahab nice informative video, I have invested in GLS arawali homes 2 sohna,till date I have paid 25% amount of total project cost Approx 6lacs ,now my next half payment is due for payment,in this situation kya mujhe payment ko continue rakhna chahiye ya future prospects ko dekhte hue project se bahar nikalana jyada uchit hoga,apne mulyavan anubhav ke aadhar par mujhe guide karne ki kripa kare. kyonki abhi project se nikalane par penalty payment shayad kam lagta hai.please guide me mujhe kya karna chahiye.       It is quite difficult situation . If you will surrender builder will deduct commission charges + penalties and interest . If you will continue , then you have to invest more and incur interest lost . Just inquire from company what finally they are going to deduct . Moreover ,due to covid lockdown , no builder have sufficient budget for refund

      Affordable mein investment karna bhahut badi galti hogi .. Basic amenities k liye bhi residents ko fight karna pad raha hai... Electricity power backup problem face karo.. builder hidden charges lagata rahega.. maintenance five years tak free bolte h but baad mein pta chalta h affordable k naam par luxurious apartment jaisa kharcha karna pad jayega..

    Agar ham kisi society me rent par rahe toh usme maintenance and rent ke always aur bhi koi charges lagta hain kya, matlab ki maine rent par le liya aur bich bich me kabhi ye fund me paise do ya uske charge do, esa bhi kuchh hota hai kya society flats me??

      सोसाइटी में कॉमन एरिया मेंटेनेंस के नाम से कॉमन बिजली, पानी का शुल्क लिया जाता है । बाकी जो फण्ड से सम्बंधित आपसे मांग करि गयी है कृपा कर उसका मद ( head) बताएं, तभी कुछ टिप्पणी करि जा सकती है

      ग्लोबल पार्क सोहना के अंदर स्तिथ है , वहीं ऐसे ही फ्लोर सेक्टर 93 ओर 37 में सिग्नेचर लांच करने जा रहा है , भाव मे शायद 10 लाख का अंतर होगा लेकिन गुड़गांव गुड़गांव है , मिलेनियम सिटी है, रोज़गार है, कनेक्टिविटी है ये सब मिला कर इसे निवेश के लिए एक आदर्श जगह बनाते है। अगर आप सोहना में काम करते है और आने इस्तेमाल के लिए ले रहे है तो ये ऑप्शन अच्छा है , निवेश के लिहाज से नही

Thr r very few which hav gud locations like MRG 106, Signature 63A n 81 n few others.... whichever projects r in gud locations will always be in demand n will hav gud resale value n rental yields...rest will face some challenge.....always keep in mind that location is d most important thing in real estate...be it affordable or premium housing....apart frm that builder also matters...so one need to understand this.

      Sir Gurgaon mai 237 projects thodi na hai ... 2.37L units ....average if you take 1400 ... then also we need 200 projects... but I think there are not more then 50 projects in affordable

    Sir.. Please put some light on bifurcation of maintenance charges.. Management of obe society has stopped the facility of door to door garbage pick inspite of good charges. They do not increase number of cleaning staff... Also how resident welfare association should work..

      All options are same in long run. It have one benefit in future that Guru gram university construction is going on in Sector 87 which is 3 km from this location. It will attract students as prospective tenants

      माफ कीजियेगा आप वीडियो का संदेश समझने में नाकाम रहें है । कुछ निबेश ऐसे होते है कि जिसमे निवेश करने से बेहतर निवेश न करना होता है । क्या आपको मालूम है आज gurgaon में 85 affordable हाउसिंग प्रोजेकट है जिसमे 1 लाख के करीब घर बन रहे है , उसके बाद करीब इतने ही लाइसेंस applied है जिनमे ओर नए 1 लाख घर जुड़ेंगे । ये इतनी बड़ी इन्वेंटरी होगी जिनको खपाने में 10 साल ओर लगेंगे । नोएडा की तरह मकान मालिक ज़रूर बन जाएंगे लेकिन रहने वाले कहाँ से आएंगे । आज 12 साल के सफर के बाद नए गुड़गांव में मात्र 40000 परिवार से है।

      500 sq feet flat for 25 Lac with no facilities or parking. So if you go by that price, a 1500 sq feet BHK will cost 75 Lac.. And this is exactly the rate of other societies with all the facilities + parking. Why call this Affordable? It should be called a SMALLER version of flat. Not Affordable. It is just a way to sell the units quickly. Nothing else. Another lousy scheme to fool people into buying property.

    What a waste of time. You need to stop endorsing your premium projects , just trying to defame all affordable projects. Why we have number of affordable projects in Gurgaon and still today there are many more coming. Yu need to respect people who saved hard earned money to afford these projects in Gurgaon not to compare with labors. Highly doubt if yu are CEO as mentioned in description.

      It was an unauthorised area that's why rate yaha pe kam hai & issi se sate ve DDA planned localities like Vikas Puri & Janak Puri ke rate Croro mai hai.
      I think aaj bhi yaha koi nationalised bank home loan nahi deta otherwise Metro, market & chote hospitals sab hai yaha. Virat Kohli bhi yahi pala bada hai.
