I just discovered Rayvon by researching Shane spontaneously since I havent seem much about shame since the Bridegroom movie. He popped into my head and I see he doing Rayvon and so now I’m doing some quick searching about Rayvon and found this. He absolutely seems like a sweetheart just from watching this quick video. I could feel a palpable & relatable tension while he spoke to RuPaul about his moms hesitation to accept his sexuality and come to his wedding to Shane. I’m going through the same situation. It’s hard. But I’m so glad Shane is loving him and I hope they can continue to be strong and love their families regardless. I wish I could give them a hug and let them know that they’ll make it and that life continues to get better with age. Confidence and understanding and wisdom come and they’ll find complete peace. That’s my hope. Rayvon is the type of sensitive, caring type of person I enjoy talking to and I wish I had some gay friends like him. Let’s all support these two. I wish them all the best and send them all my love.

Marriage is what the state deems it to be. You could have a massive wedding in a church, but it is not a legal wedding until both parties have signed the legal documents. Doesn't matter what you, convention or religion might say, it's down to the state. It's a new fact of life. Get over it.
