I just received mine two days ago, it charged forever, and would not move after the first minute or so. The device was still on however it has so far been very disappointing. I’m going to try again tomorrow. It is on charge now and will be on charge for over 24 hours and we will see what happens. If I have the same issue tomorrow, it will be going back to get a refund.

It definitely works but beware don't think you can throw that traditional vacuum in the trash. This machine will cut vacuum time by 80% easily.
