bhai is there any possibilty to reject the visa if have chronic Hepatitis B positive but liver function & others all test reports are okey
Chronic hepatitis B positive status alone should not be a reason for automatic rejection of a Canadian student visa.
But since this disease is contagious, so you need to consult some expert first regarding this before applying for medical.
The sheet that will be provided by the hospital is the same sheet that we have to upload as proof of upfront medical exam ?

The medical examination for a student visa in Canada typically focuses on infectious diseases and other health conditions that may pose a public health risk. Your BMI alone is unlikely to be a determining factor for your visa application. So no, koi problem nhi hogi.
