    I live in Albuquerque and love visiting this area. It's a must see if you're a photographer. I actually won Best of Show at the New Mexico State Fair in 2021 with a photo from this area. Your photography is amazing. Watching your videos is always enjoyable. And they help me plan future trips/hikes. Keep the videos coming!

      We're travelling there in July. It's the only time we can visit. What kind of ND filter did you use, Kelly?

    If you had continued another 200 yards in the easterly direction you took to the eggs you would have found the hoodoo lounge, literally thousand of monoliths both huge and small

      Stay at the Brentwood Inn & Gardens off Broadway in Farmington north off 371 and 64, spacious clean rooms very reasonable prices

    I've lived in NM for 30+ years and have never been here. It reminds me of a place I did some Milkyway photography last year, Goblin Valley State Park, UT. That place is bigger but has very similar hoodoos and formations (but the colors are much more reddish at Goblin). This place is now on my list for some Astro Photography.

    Oh... and the pronunciation is Beasty badlands. And Ah She Slay Pa (as in the sound for awe) and Day Nah Zin (as in shin)... in case you ever go back and do another video. 😊

    Kevin were you not aloud to fly a drone in any of those places? Love the videos

    • @KevinEassa
      @KevinEassa  3 роки тому +1

      To my understanding, no. Even though it is BLM Land, it is also Navajo Land and I believe you can't fly on Navajo land. Anyways, thank you for watching!

    It's pronounced 'Beez-TIE.' I learned that from a Navajo woman who was at the entrance gate to Goosenecks State Park. Hopefully she wasn't messing with me, lol.

      Some of these places are so difficult to pronounce. And it's tough because sometimes we have heard locals themselves pronounce the places differently. I try my best to say everything properly, but thank you for this tip
