Haha I’ll reply that (Mari) Denham tries to surf whenever possible but when not possible he exercises Monday to Friday by doing 300 push ups in sets of 50 intercalated with squats and other legs exercises he has to do for his knee. He also stretches everyday for about 15 minutes first thing in the morning. Sometimes he uses those exercises bands we have onboard but no weights!! Would make the boat too heavy 😆
