It's the end of 2022 now. My silver and black 1999 E350 5.4 V8 Ford Econoline is still going strong at 195,500 miles. 4 wheel discs, new replaced suspension, original transmission, original engine, original headlights. Body and chassis integrity is excellent, headlights point straight and true at night with no vibration. This van runs smoothly and cruises effortlessly at 1755 rpm @ 60 (3.79 differential), almost like a Lincoln or a Cadillac This vehicle is reliable and starts first time, every time.
I love my 1998 ford E250 im living in now ive done every repair and part replacement myself and its running better than the day i bought it in March 2020

Not completely. The E-series is still made as a cutaway and stripped chassis to this day. The Transit is too weak for those applications.
