Takabi just make a fool out of himself when he decided to slander his former company even though he's the reason why the company's system is in such a mess. He'd probably able to get away if he just resigned quietly, but in the end, he gets sued for damages instead.
Before you commit a huge mistake on handling a task at the office, make sure that no one will be affected because of your wrongdoing. And, don't EVER blame others to cover up your own mess.
I will say that Takabi was right about one thing: Nishio is so slow on the uptake that the CEO had to start pulling teeth for him to confess his feelings. Like seriously man.

She told him she liked him, told him she wanted to be with him, told him that her romantic competition is the job, and even asked him to choose to be with her or just an employee.... and in the end, his answer showed that he was still unaware that she actually loves him. That's what I mean about him being slow... I have not seen a woman make it any clearer that she likes a guy, in such a direct way, without him cuing into the fact that she likes him. His work wasn't the issue, his social skills are.
