You train as hard as possible 30 seconds, then 10 seconds pause, and this for 8 rounds, that makes 4 minutes. Do it 1-2 times in a day, 3-5 times a week, your heart, metabolism and general fitness will benefit!
@@karintello7944 let me correct the numbers. (30+10)*8 is not 4 minutes. It's 20 seconds training + 10 seconds rest. Do this 8 times and that makes 4 minutes.
