Hi, I am a computer science graduate (2014 output) but I indulged myself in the film industry in both the acting and technical side and have several diplomas and awards in acting and filmmaking. Now I decided to narrow down my both acting and filmmaking skills into animation by doing masters in the same and landing a job in the US. Is this possible? What is your take on this?
P.S. I am working in a theatre-based corporate company as an actor-director since 2017.
Mostly these kind of jobs require US citizens but depending on the visa you might get 1-3 year of work visa and then you can extend that. Being not from the field it’s hard for me to guide you regarding steps you’ll need to take. So I’d say talk to some decent foreign education consultant or research on your own. Best thing is you can search for the programs and email the university departments your queries and they’ll respond with way better answers. All the best!

Yes that is true. I would say go for MBA only if you get premiere institutes like wharton, harvard, princeton, etc. As market already not great it would not be wise to invest a lot in the USA education for the MBA degree at this point.

Go for Computer Science. Easiest one is Engineering. Other ones are BCA, or other Computer Science courses but if you have choice go for Computer Science engineering.

For that USA immigration is getting tougher and tougher day by day but Canada or Australia is much better. You can get a plumbing or driving job by applying directly from India. Just google Canada express entry and look into it. You will need to pass a test for English for that as it's their national language.

You have to ask to the employer if they do or not because without visa you won’t be able to join. So I’d say just email and ask them.
