This is very perfect and very beautiful Dr Ellie Sadler and Dr Alan Grant will always be my favorite characters from the Jurassic Park movies and when I saw them in the new Jurassic world Dominion movie it just brings a smile on my face knowing that the old cast from the Jurassic Park movies returns for one last adventure and I always knew that Dr Ellie Sadler and Dr Alan Grant were always meant to be together when they kiss at the end of the movie.
This is so well done and it has me smiling with some tears in my eyes. I’m happy that the actors came back to help finish off their characters story. And they deserve it. Thanks for uploading.
Oh, my Gosh! It's been over 31 years of these two actors, from the Original "Jurassic Park," Movies & I bet they would be hanging out, with the Biggest Chickens of all!
I agree with you this is very perfect and I will always knew that Dr Ellie Sadler and Dr Alan Grant we're always meant to be together and it just warms my heart with happiness and always puts a smile on my face knowing that they will be together.
Since I saw the first movie as a child I always wanted Alan and Ellie to end up together, I think they are my favorite couple of all time. We had to wait 2 decades for us to see this come true, it would have been unfair for their romance to end as if nothing had happened, and you could also see the chemistry they had not only as partners. Thank you very much Sam Neil and Laura Dern ❤.
‘You never had control that’s the illusion! But I made a mistake too! I didn’t have respect for that power and it’s out now!’ Ohhhh… she was talking about the spark between her and Allan…
I swear, I didn’t get to see this til it started streaming on Peacock. But the moment I saw them kiss at the end I literally screamed “F*CKING FINALLY!!” Needless to say I shipped them from the very first Jurassic Park movie lmao
Criticize Jurassic World Dominion all you want...but it DID fix one of Jurassic Park 3's greatest mistakes: Breaking up Alan and Ellie for no reason other than: The Director DIDN'T ship them.
So in the novel, they were not romantically involved. She had a boyfriend and was much younger than her. Her relationship was more like a niece or daughter to dr. grant. But in the film they seemed to be romantically involved, with Grant not wanting to fully commit since he didn't want kids. In JP 3, they attempted to retcon it closer to the book and cut their relationship. But they rekindled it here.
In the second novel it is mentioned they were involved with each other at the time of Jurassic Park/first book. We just didn’t see that. They were written as very close friends and colleagues as well as student and professor. It’s not surprising there was more going on under the surface but there were little clues in the first book which suggested they could be something more. Maybe Alan said to Tim that they weren’t a couple to avoid more questions, maybe he made up the person Ellie was engaged to, maybe Ellie was cheating with Grant, maybe they had an open relationship, etc.

If their love is perfect, why did she move on? Why was she able to move on? Each time she comes back, she leads him on and goes on. Now he is old and never married, still in love with her, still being led on. Honestly, this is a simp lover affair and should not be admired.
I think it was more that Alan never wanted kids and the first movie didn't end up changing that despite his bonding with Lex and Tim. It wouldn't be fair to force a man to have kids if he don't want them and neither would it be fair to ask her not to have them either. I don't think she led him on at all, but their different goals in life pulled them apart. I don't remember if the new movie ever confirmed that he never did have kids? Either way, she's now had kids and she's divorced and well, she did love him all along.
@@BabyScatha Interesting perspective! But the thought that he never found someone who also didn't want kids? He didn't try hard enough maybe. At his age there are many women that already have kids like her that he can fall in love with. It just gives the vibe that he is stuck on her. I don't like that narrative. It's such a bad example of love for men, maybe women like that idea but I think its counterproductive for men to think this way.
@@KingPhill87 i guess I can see your point of view about that yeah. I think in the end that since these movies don't focus on the relationship so it's kind of up to interpretation to us of what happened. So neither could be wrong or right :)
I personally always felt that Alan had most definitely changed his mind about kids after what happened at Jurassic Park, but unfortunately the writers of JP3 decided to have them split up and Ellie married with kids to a different guy. It was poor character development if you ask me, because one of the arcs/themes in the original movie was Alan coming to accept that kids were OK, and it wasn't so scary because you could see how much he loved Ellie, and knowing that she wanted a family, he'd have gone down that path with her for sure. Now, was Alan a big house white picket fence kind of guy? Not at all. I could have seen Alan and Ellie raising their kids on the road, homeschooling them, etc. It would have been a very non-traditional situation, but man I'd have loved to have seen that. Because it was all poor writing in the third movie, my personal take on the break up was simply that they both were dealing with the trauma of JP differently and Ellie being so young at the time was perhaps stuck in the mindset that she HAD to settle down immediately and Alan probably asked her for a little time. Him being older I think it gave him a calmness about rushing into something after a traumatic experience, and maybe he wanted to be sure they were both ok enough after JP to start that family, but being younger and more impulsive, I think Ellie bolted because Alan wouldn't settle down immediately. Really, the movies are vague about the reason behind the breakup because the first movie really solidified Alan's openness of having family arc as a positive one. So, had JP3 never happened, Dominion could have still happened but with them happily married all this time, a couple of genius kids together, etc. But I'm just eternally grateful they at least gave them a happy ending all this time later.
Did anyone else find their romance to be forced and out of nowhere. There were literally student and teacher in the original and always liked the fact they didn’t go into the cliche “man and woman leads need to date” thing
I like that they started out as a couple, though mostly implied, then developed their relationship even with her not in JP3. But her being his first call should tell you he had feelings of some kind for her.
They were also colleagues and close friends. It says in the second book that they were actually involved with each other during the time at Jurassic Park. There are little moments in the first book that hint at a deeper relationship.
I love how this easily weaves in their younger and older selves and the music of course is perfect
Ellie Was married.Wasn't she? Then why she kissed Dr.Alan?🙃🤔
@@shajidahmed5805 in jurassic world dominion Ellie and her husband mark are divorced, so that’s why she got back together with dr grant

Omg I am so grateful that we see the need of this tribute. We needed this because Dr. Alan Grant and Dr. Ellie Sattler is true
That kiss was 29 years too late
It was heartbreaking to find out they were no longer together in part 3. I was relieved and happy to see them get back together in Dominion.

Alan Grant always have been my top favorite character from Jurassic Park and Ellie Sattler I consider my second favorite character
This is one of the best Alan and Ellie videos I have seen. GREAT job! And using the JP theme was brilliant as well!
This made me cry just seeing both of them in the new movie 🦕🦖
they're made for each other ❤️🌿🦕

I gotta be honest. Jurassic Park 3 makes more sense than both Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom and Jurassic World Dominion.
