That story reminds me so much of the horrendous lag WoW used to have when I played it way back when. Like I remember one time where I finished all the quests in a Horde zone while levelling, so I wanted to move on to the next zone. But the next zone with stories for Horde was on the other side of an Alliance zone, and I didn't have the flight path yet, and riding was still slooooow. So I spent ages running across this enemy zone because there's nothing else to do there at that level, and then I ran across the Horde zone to get to the only safe town. Then, finally, I logged for the night. When I logged back in, I was back where I started. Turns out that WoW would lag so bad at sometimes that you were basically disconnected from the server without it booting you from the game. So anything you did in that state meant nothing.
Man, you ain’t kidding The Final Shape launch was horrible lol. It ended up being fantastic tho imo, especially the raid. It’s been a wild ride, these last 10 years
I've been wanting void Shiki since I've started playing and she's getting her first banner since I've started this anniversary so that's who I'll probably go for
I plan to roll on the Squitoria banner until I get 2 of the 3 four star rate ups. At least, that's the current plan as I have NONE of the units on that banner. Who knows? Maybe if I roll a quick Surfmo I'll decide "good enough" and stop. Oh, who am I kidding? My plans for what to roll this year seem to change day-to-day.
I had like 253 quarz and I need to save a couple of yolos for summer, a couple of yolos for Arcuid BUT I really need to save for Oberon at the end of the year. Howsabout changing your room Servant to Anastasia, hm? Rolled a pack when the event started, surprisingly got NP2 Bakin towards the end, though somehow the 5-star Gogh CE was a no-show. Not in a rush to get the permanent Tametomo or to upgrade Hokusai, but depending on the login multi coming up, I might think on it. What I'm not thinking on is going hard with anniversary SQ for Summer Erice and Summer Ibuki. Skadi and Big Wu is a close second. Unfortunately I don't really want Proto Merlin or Summer Gareth, as one's just a neat Arts option for me, and the other is pretty lackluster, especially since I have a big Barghest. Despite that, I'm not skipping them, I just won't go hard.
Calling Hokusai the objectively best waifu would normally be total madness. But you are extremely hungry while making this. And hunger can drive you crazy so that fits! Heck of an Anastasia spook! Also wow, the tale of Destiny was something!

Summer wise ruler Skadi is my #1 target. Strangely Doman is number 2. Proto Merlin is 3. If somehow the gacha gods are kind to me I want to roll for np copies of summer Kama as I already have her np2 with maxed skills. Yeah i was in that queue for 4ish hours and it was kinda rough but everything was basically fixed in about 13ish hours but man it was so worth it now that everything has been stabilised so many things to do and man the build crafting and exotics . I got incredibly blessed with hokusai in 11 pulls. Not the best gameplay wise, but I've been really enjoying using her regardless
