Comparison would be much easier (and more objective) if you played the same riff on the different strings. And even better when played by the same player.
I have been trying strings like a madman. On my guitar (Alhambra M&M Serie C, cedar) my favorites to play have been the Hannabach Goldins. However to a listener, they're a bit bright and nasal. The D'Addario EJ46TT are a better choice, producing a warmer but still projecting sound. However, the trebles are too reactive to the slightest temperature change and I find I'm always chasing intonation. I'm trying the Augustine Regal Blue right now. More stable, easy to play and, I think, with the right sound. I'll know for sure after my next lesson. :-)
I recently put some ball-end nylon strings on a modern acoustic guitar. I am loving the warm presence they lend to my instrument, even though I have to really attack the high strings to bring them to the forefront haha

Two of my favorite guitar players.
Favourite = Nylon. Sweet treble, less attack. Switched from D'Addario and Savarez to Augustine some years ago and have stuck with them ever since.
Which Augustine’s do you prefer?
@@bradwevodau6591 I prefer Augustine Black with low tension silver wound basses.
Titanium is my favourite. It's bold and crisp with each string as deep or high in contrast to one another for a full range of tones.
Why not play the same song each time to eliminate the differences in technique and chord voicing?
haha awesome!😁Can't wait to make more collabs with you Bea😊🎸
Same here!❤️❤️
You were right - nylon has the sweetest tone.
I’m most impressed that you changed strings three times in one day, I’m lucky if I do it three times a year
We actually had 3 guitars of the same model and each had different strings 😄

Regal blue are very good & I have recently restrung Hannah Bach; I always choose high tension as they seem to suit what I play.
Just got
My titaniums and absolutely
Love them!
My all around favorite is definitely the Savarez Red Card. I would love to hear your opinion on them.
To me the carbon sounded really warm and rich, if lacking in top end. Am going to have to try those now!
When still playing with nails i used to prefer Carbon. In the meantime (no nails) I am playing Nylgut (Aquila) and Knobloch, depending on the guitar

Cool vid,
The XT XH are killer.🗡
All sounded pretty nice, but I prefer Savarez 520 R nylon on my 1983 Bill DeLap classical guitar.
Nylon 👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Superb 🎉
The first one, nylon is my favorite.
Reconocí los dos últimos: Carbón y Nylon, no está tan mal
❤❤❤❤ Saludos desde México
❤❤❤
Thank you 😊
They all sound great to me.
Savarez Corum HT, на мой взгляд, лучше чем любые D'Addario
Titanium . It sounds like piano.
Que lindas guitarras guitarristas
Titanium, for me.
I liked Beatrix alot, but Iva was also very sweet..❤❤ The strings?..hmmm...all good..
Nylon is the best
I am partial to nylon myself...but, it also depends on the style of music.
I know my Gibson ES175D will play well or stay in tune with any other string than D'addario Chrome XL.
❤
Hannah Bach ♥️
I prefer nylon strings
😮 you're both so beautiful...
at playing the guitar right?
At playing guitar... Right???
@beatrixguitar what Alhambra model are you two playing?
Nylon I think just had the edge.
Nylon, all the way
Not tried others than nylon 😅
two pretty women)
On the cell phone they sound the same to me
Can’t make a comparison, when you keeps changing the variables, playing different piece each time…
Lets try to dind out what songs are these! I know ghe fourth: lágrima by Francisco Tárrega. Someone knows more?
nylon
What is the 4th song name?
Nylon
It's so funny 😂😂😂❤
No, thanks. I still prefer Savarez.
It's just the same
I thought you should not play metal strings on a guitar without a metal rod in the neck?
Yo siempre uso las de carbono
