Um In terms of diet, wag mo biglain yung change. Avoid sweets and always eat vegetables if you can. Mas masarap mag-workout pag nakakain ng gulay kasi mas malakas. Para mag-gain, ideally idaan mo sa protein for muscle - best pag lean protein like chicken. Yung mga protein shake hindi naman siya required pero okay rin para mahit mo yung protein requirement mo for the day. For routine, um hindi maganda ang puyat (coming from me na usually puyat haha). Kung matutulog ng late, dapat as much as possible kumpleto pa rin na 6 to 7 hours ang sleep. Always stretch before and after kung icoconsider mag-exercise.Warm-up and cooldown will do wonders for you. Pag mag-eexercise naman, always ensure na proper yung form. Alam mong mali yung form pag ang masakit after a workout is lower back or yung knees. Consider a trainer kung kaya, but if not, marami naman YT channels and pages na pwede magturo ng proper routine.
