I love cities that have rivers to wander along. Brunch looked so tasty. Plus you got some amazing views during your walk. Hope you both have a great weekend 🙋♀
Us too!!! We definitely recommend Wayland's Yard 🤤 we had a great weekend thank you (it was my birthday and we went away to Wales!) and hope you did too!
Ahhh it's awesome, Luke! Can't believe we don't go more often really when it's only 45 mins or so away... You gotta let us know when you're gonna be over here!
We live in Cheltenham, but enjoy going to Worcester about 45 minutes drive away. I enjoy tea and cakes at a place in a kind of passage way, near that street with all the charity shops, where I can sit and have tea or coffee while my wife spends an hour or so in the charity shops.A couple of decent Chinese restaurants in the Tudor style street, running parallel with the main shopping street. Worth a day out, plus going down to the river, but so many places to try still.
We were in Cheltenham over the weekend! Hannah wanted to get to Søstrene Grene as it was on our way back from Tetbury where we'd spent the afternoon. Sounds like you have a nice little spot in Worcester, do you know the name of the place? Next time maybe we'll have to try a Chinese when we're there! 😁 Thanks for watching!
So nice to see people explore Worcester ☺️ you’ll have to come back and go to Axe Junkies and have food in the Burger Shop a few railway arches away (right near the car park). It’s really cool every time a train passes over head, everything rumbles - on par with Waylands Yard by Foregate ☺️
Hey Charlotte! Thanks so much for the recommendations 🥰 we'd love to go back and we've been saying that we want to try axe throwing! A burger is almost always my go to when it's on the menu so that sounds like the perfect day for me... if you have any other reccs, please let us know! Thank you for watching 🫶
Great video.I live just by river and you covered it really well.Worcester is great city as you can be in deep countryside 10 minutes away from city centre. 😊
Thank you so much! 😁 Glad to hear a local thinks we did it justice hahaha! Pretty perfect location really if you like to get out into the countryside, right?
@@LozsLeisure Yep.Malverns 10 mins away and 40 mins into Bham. Just need a nearer beach but can't have it all. Bath is probably my favourite weekend away place . It's amazing on a summers night.
Hey, Drew! Great to see you over here again! You'll have to let me know your thoughts on the Portugal vids. Would love to hear from you on them as your vids are awesome 🤙
I did all the branding and logos for Impasto and my business does all the marketing for there and its sister restaurant Olive Branch. Best places to eat for sure.
Kudos and thanks for correctly referring to Worcestershire Sauce, not Worcester Sauce, which is the name used by cheap ripoff products. 12 miles north is the Avoncroft Museum of Buildings, just outside Bromsgrove. Started when a medieval building was saved from demolition in Bromsgrove and instead carefully dismantled and rebuilt to the south of the town, on the A38. Elgar composed Land of Hope and Glory, amongst many well known works. If you love canal locks, Tardebigge, between Bromsgrove and Redditch has the longest lock system in England. Good fun for boats if you have the time to navigate all the locks.
Hey Neil, thanks so much for stopping by and for the extra recommendations! We've actually considered a narrowboat trip before - maybe that's something we could do here in the midlands a little closer to home then! Please feel free to share some other recommendations if you have any for the area. Thanks!
