Dangerous criminals committing crimes, then being released on low bond or no bond, then committing more crimes has become one of the biggest issues in Tennessee.

The law preventing a motion for lowing bond due to indigence is unconstitutional, and will not be observed by democratic judges. Hopefully the supreme court strikes that down.
