Another great review Darren and really nice looking Darts, my only criticism is that I wish they came with gold points that would really complement the whole setup. All the same lovely darts, I have the original Clayton darts and absolutely love them. Great grip simple design and perfect balance 💯🎯👍😊

I dislike 'milking' the success of players such as Jonny by coming with re-releases of their darts, but these look absolutely fantastic and the price is reasonable for a gold special edition dart.

Nothing new in that, they are a business that has to pay to sponsor the player and all that entails so its only right they make the money in the way they do. I would like to see a gold version in all players darts myself lol I just think it looks so nice :)

Adam; really nice review. I agree the gold darts with the black look fantastic. I just wish Red Dragon installed a black coated point instead of the typical silver points (the black points stick in the board more consistently than the silver points; it's a personal preference). Keep the reviews rolling.

I think its the look of brass which I think is the reason gold ti was made in first place, think it was John Lowe asking them to make a coating that had a feel of brass, dont quote me on that though :) I dont mind the feel of brass but hate the smell :)

Think colored darts nowadays adds a lot of interest in the marketing, so we'll be seeing a lot more colored darts. Darren, gold has a slight hues of green to it.

As I said, great looking darts, for a clayton fan they're amazing, but I would never tell a normal person buy these and pay the double for his darts in a different color (even if it's gold), love them but have to be sure you like a clayton darts before buying these

mate I use a slightly further back grip to throw. any dart i should specifically look at? a lot seem to be focused on more forward grips

All depends on the type of dart you like too, front balance then the likes of the Aspinall Black have grip right to the end, rear balance then you may want to try something like the Mission Nightfall M3

I bought the harrows rapide 23g just couple days ago…the flights of two darts always pop out when the points hit the board…i don’t know what to do…

hard to say as I dont know how you have them fitted, try taking the ring off and push them further down or try using a dab of pritt stick or similar on the point of the flight
