I swear the best part of these videos is always when David is just sitting there emotionless when people are in shock. It’s like he just wants to go home as soon as possible.
David blaine plays with their perception and memory, notice how he is flicking and making same card noise in his hand when he asked jamie what did you feel. Hes a great magician
David has a barely visible string which he adjusts as he moves his hands from the girl to Foxx to demonstrate that Foxx's eyes are closed and cannot see anything. In that move, David has deployed the string so that it grazes Foxx's nose as he brings his hands down. Thus, even before we see the card touch the girl's nose, Foxx's nose has already been grazed by the string.
It's even simpler than that. He simply touched his nose when he did that weird move while their eyes were closed. He did something similar in the first part, but we didn't get to see that because the video starts after the setup (probably because that part was a little more obvious) . Her eye's were already closed, so presumably he managed to touch her shoulder at some point before the video starts.

Blaine had them both close their eyes, then for some totally needless reason he puts his hands close to the daughter's face and then Jamie's face. This is when he touches Jamie's nose with a finger or a tiny invisible wire between his hands, smaller than a fishing line, that he gets rid of when he turns around to pick up the card off the table. Then he touches the card to the daughter's nose and asks Jamie if he felt anything. Yes, Jamie felt a touch on his nose but it was NOT at the same time the daughter's nose was touched with the playing card. Jamie felt it his nose touch seconds earlier when he had his eyes closed already and Blaine's hands were close to his face, when Blaine touched Jamie's nose with something.
That's what I was thinking. The showmanship was nice enough I didn't notice at first, but after repeat viewings it has to be that.
This "touch" routine is, actually, quite a classic. For someone with basic knowledge of magic, it is really simple to see what he's doing. How he can do with a room full of people, that's the real magic. That's experience.

This trick is very obvious to me. On Corinne, David Blaine tapped her shoulder before. When the scene starts, he says “close your eyes”, but she was already with her eyes closed, cause he had asked her to close it before and had already tapped her shoulder, but it was edited out.
On Jamie, the same thing: he scratched his nose with his left hand on 0:59, hiding it with his right hand.
You can see Blaine by the way he speaks, always is making sure everyone is looking at his eyes the whole time, because if they start to look at his hands closely and constantly the'll figure out most of his tricks.

There’s a reason the daughter is already closing her eyes at the start of the video.
With her she could have had the eyes closed for a while before the video starts. During this time he could be doing some “ritual” and hand movements and at any point touched her shoulder. The in person audience is unaware of what the end trick is, so they have no idea what to look for and such a small gesture would go unnoticed and even more so if he adds a little bit of misdirection.
With Jamie, you can see where the nose touch happens. David most likely had an invisible string between his thumbs to scrape his nose so anyone paying close attention would see that his hand never actually touches Jamie. But again to the spectators it’s just a ritual and they probably didn’t even notice anyways.

1st trick is suggestion. He basically tells her what to feel and even does it himself.
The 2nd trick is actually touching him on the nose before he did it to the daughter. This way he really did feel it but thinks it wasn't Blaine and the spectators don't know Foxx is referring to the real touch. It covers both bases.

the girl is in front and looking directly at what David was doing so she would have seen it if David touched his nose. David is not going to make a trick where one person would not be fooled and be able to expose the trick. So it has to be something else.

he uses an invisible rubber band. he has it on his hand the whole time and he passes his finger through it so hes secretly stretching it. and at 0:59 he touches jamies nose with it. he doesn't touch jamie with his hands which makes the trick extremely effective.
