So did you redo those low grade units to avoid water ?

These particular units shown, we ended up not buying that particular deal. But when it comes to drainage, it depends on what needs to be changed. Say if 10% of the units need better drainage, we may look at re-grading the asphalt. If only 2% of the units do, we may just adjust the leveling and order better doors that keep the water out.

Hey so I have a few different questions, number one would you recommend taking out a loan and building the units from scratch or buying a lot. Also once I save 100k and I’m ready to put a down payment on the units how do I get over the fear of going bankrupt or just loosing money on my investment. Are storage units pretty successful
