Nice amv :D After watching ARS Nova, Kantai Collection or Girls and Panzers i thought something about planes/air force would be cool. Strike Witches could fit.. but this silly overkill of panty shots make me surr while episode 2 :/
Yeah, I feel that the excessive panty shots is a weak link for Strike Witches. Those shots get toned down as the series goes on; to the point where Road to Berlin has a noticeable lack of them, and Luminous Witches basically having none. I'd recommend watching the spinoff, Brave Witches as a start; it's set in the same universe but with less panty shots than the first two seasons. Other air force related anime I've watched are somewhat in the same vein as the anime you mentioned are "The Magnificent Kotobuki," "Saga of Tanya the Evil," "Warlords of Sigrdrifa," "The Princess and the Pilot," and "Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan." (I haven't finished Dragon Pilot yet but I've enjoyed it so far.)
@@WolfoftheAurora Yeah, noticed that too when I marathoned (and first time watched) all of Strike Witches when Luminous Witches had just started, that as the series went on the fanservice decreased and decreased. And can also recommend "Saga of Tanya the Evil" and "Warlords of Sigrdrifa". I'd also recommend "Izetta: The Last Witch" and, of course, Porco Rosso.
