You failed to mention what the engine is.. Because on the 4.7L there is a bleeder screw you have to open to properly purge the air from the system, otherwise they are known to drop valve seats from un-even heat in the heads.

So on the 3.7 you don't have to BLEED the air out ?

Mine is the 4.7, and you do need to, although I filled mine slowly and didn't really get any air
