Hi, in that particular scenario, the patient was waiting for air ambulance, so before critical care service they provided those services. So we have to code 35100,36510, 94610 with 99291.

Because the critical Care service was provided while waiting in the ER for air ambulance, so it's outpatient service. We have to code for outpatient service
2nd question 99360 is it correct Doubt mam in cpt book each additional 30min only but u told to us 30 -59 but why
Please read the note above the code 99360.
Second and subsequent periods of standby beyond the first 30 minutes may be reported only if a full 30 minutes of standby was provided for each unit of service reported.
That's the reason I mentioned 30-59 minutes to make it more clear.

Hi , the best tip to manage time is to use elimination method for solving questions. And also practice as much as possible, it will help you manage time effectively. Also I will be sharing video on how to use elimination method. All the best for your exam preparations.👍🏻
