I just had an idea....How about MrsKevOnStage host a speed dating or some type of singles event curated by married couples with the hopes of linking singles together and manifesting their own individual relationship goals. For UA-cam of course. (my apologies, had to repost on current content)

Melissa saying that her tendency to lean into “good girl” perfectionist behavior (of sorts) was just HER is incorrect. People always mention nature vs nurture, but I tend to see it as “Person In Enviroment” meaning yes, some of it could be attributed to “nature,” however there must have been an environment established in her life to also “nurture” that tendency into maturation. Clearly, she is the expert on herself, however from the outside looking in.. perhaps her being raised “churchy” could have been the perfect environment to further influence her “good girl” perfectionist behavior.
Maybe (and of course this is just my opinion), biblical teachings and traditional church practices made you internalize good works as a reflection of your worth and/or character .

That childhood talk is REAL! Therapy taught me that trauma doesn't look like one thing but it does have a recurring theme of distress, whether it's mental, emotional, physical, internal, external, etc. When my therapist slow-walked me to my childhood being traumatic, I was immediately like nu uhn. And then she started asking me questions and my answers spoke for themselves. It was a difficult stage, but necessary. If I hadn't gotten through it, my future partner would DEFINITELY be going through it
