Please have them back. I truly love this conversation and the energy they bring
Yes, I learned so much from both couples
This whole conversation felt like a big, warm hug from your favorite cousins.
@dominiquegreen Yes Literally!
Indeed
SERIOUSLY!♥️✨
This was such a great episode! I would love to see Kier and Noémie Gaines on the podcast!
yeassss
I love these episodes and conversations because even though I am not married or engaged,I know that is one of my goals in the future and I want to be the best I can be in it. And I just learn a lot❤️
The way I have hugged & help heal my inner child is EVERYTHING. She deserves all the love she never received🫶🏿
🤗🙏🏽
He's right peplum.😁
I just had an idea....How about MrsKevOnStage host a speed dating or some type of singles event curated by married couples with the hopes of linking singles together and manifesting their own individual relationship goals. For UA-cam of course. (my apologies, had to repost on current content)
Making Friends as Adults Be Hard........I 1st, 2nd & 3rd that book idea
Also these men said Chance is malnourished....that took me out
Tonk is a "must know" in my family. I learned to play as a kid and we take it "SERIOUSLY"!!!
Tabs Los and Tara 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗I love them
Good conversation! My husband and I watched TV in separate rooms during the pandemic most days. It was our ‘self’ time. It worked. Still married. Together 28 years!
These are some cool ppl 😎 💜
Adulting Be HARD. Definitely a great title for the next book yall!
Cause it is!
CUZ IT IS!!! Very ghetto, 0 stars does not recommend!
That’s gonna be something I’m going to write lol!
This conversation had me in a fill weep. I will be going to therapy for me so I can be the best me for my marriage. The Lord was all up in the episode. Thank you, Liss and Kev.
What Los said was wonderful. To paraphrase: "you don't GO through something, you GROW though something". YES!
Yesss right from the beginning I felt their energy and knew this ep was gonna be a good time!!! Ty for this Lis & Kev ♥️♥️
"Nothing we do has an unassigned meaning, everything means something." That really hit me. That was an "aha moment" for me.
Melissa saying that her tendency to lean into “good girl” perfectionist behavior (of sorts) was just HER is incorrect. People always mention nature vs nurture, but I tend to see it as “Person In Enviroment” meaning yes, some of it could be attributed to “nature,” however there must have been an environment established in her life to also “nurture” that tendency into maturation. Clearly, she is the expert on herself, however from the outside looking in.. perhaps her being raised “churchy” could have been the perfect environment to further influence her “good girl” perfectionist behavior.
Maybe (and of course this is just my opinion), biblical teachings and traditional church practices made you internalize good works as a reflection of your worth and/or character .
Agree, and it is very obvious
I can only imagine a convo with the kev&lis, tara&los, tab&chance, and angel&marcus would be like….that would be a great time to watch
Angel "be doing the most"....giggles😂😅😊🎉
This episode was a good time! Real people as couples sharing their hardships in love and with compassion.
Marriage be successful! Love the collaboration with Catarah & Los ❣
“How do I go through life with you forgiven” is SO REAL 😩😂
Thank you for all the work you do to put into this podcast / stream
This episode blessed me! I have been married for 30 1/2 years. Communication is still our biggest struggle. I plan to make use of some of the tips shared. Thank you to both couples.
Kev: “Dis my daddy house”😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂
*Please please have Kier and Noemi* on one of these episodes or on something! They are amazing!!
This is the type of marriage I aspire to have. You can look at them and HEAR the love in their stories. You can feel the love and joy. I was smiling ear to ear just hearing their proposal/marriage story. That type of love is goals forreal
Really good conversation, great interview! This is my favorite right next to the Devalle and Khadeen interview!
Tara's skin is buttery! Gorgeous! They were absolutely delightful! Glad to have listened to this conversation. Real folks talking real stuff. Love to see it
LOVED this episode!!!!! Love Tara & Los!!! Y’all are doing God’s work ❤ So awesome to see men speak so openly about therapy and healing themselves.
Awww! This made my day! What a fun loving couple! They definitely brought the sunshine and got that southern warmth that is so lovable. Yall's story and honesty truly is inspiring and necessary. Thank yall for this.
Gooood glad the series is back.
that little boy Semage (lil old baby washing dishes) is gonna look like Los when he grow up lol
He's so cute.
Great interview. I love their energy and chemistry! I've been trying to figure out who he looks like....the lil James that's always protective over his baby sister!
That childhood talk is REAL! Therapy taught me that trauma doesn't look like one thing but it does have a recurring theme of distress, whether it's mental, emotional, physical, internal, external, etc. When my therapist slow-walked me to my childhood being traumatic, I was immediately like nu uhn. And then she started asking me questions and my answers spoke for themselves. It was a difficult stage, but necessary. If I hadn't gotten through it, my future partner would DEFINITELY be going through it
Marriage is hard but I want to laugh about the good again. I am hoping it’s not too late for me. Thank you for this podcast
Man this podcast was full of gems. Thanks for sharing ❤
Liss needs to do the “Good Girl” or “Gold Star” podcast. I volunteer as tribute! I got a story to tell!
Also… this was beautiful!!!!!
What a therapeutic conversation.
“Awww, you from the souf” 🤣🤣🤣
Trauma become your personality. Ouch Melissa🙆🏿♀️
Wait...Kev....wait...not "in the history of EVER".... whew that made me holler, but it's so true.........
I really like this podcast. I am really learning a lot.
On watch number two! this was so good!
Enjoyed every minute of this episode with the Coleman’s! Great show y’all 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I agree. My husband and I enjoyed being together during the pandemic. It was wonderful. We had a chance to plan, grow and build more together.
Damn, this is putting me in my place about childhood trauma and forgiving parents.
Enjoyed this conversation!
I am the same way, we were taught if you don't have it, do without. To this day I have to be almost dead(figuratively) to ask for help, and if I get a whiff of hesitation from you then my go to saying is ' Is ok, never mind'
The marriage be hard series is so wholesome every time I listen to an interview I get something that I needed. Thank you Kevin and Melissa! Please keep them coming❤
Have enjoyed all the conversations but this 1 was really really good it made me stop working to really listen and take it all in. Thoroughly enjoyed and had me 🤔 & 😂 now gotta get back to my coins ☺️
God leased him with a partner that allowed him to grow through a process. This was Al I wanted from my ex.
I was trying to explain that marriage comes with heat to my ex but when I tried to say it it came across as marriage is undesirable. I was just trying to warn and help 😭
Definitely love these couples and the conversations, thank you for letting us listen in❣️
Green Cove Springs!! Clay County!!
This was a good commercial for the importance of therapy lol
I love love this conversation. so many good points! thank you!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 love this 😊🥰
Aw man this was so good!
They felt like fam. Bring them back.
35:45 “Pieces of a Man” Mick Jenkins 🔥🔥🔥
Glad there's more episodes lol. Was feeling a way.
I love them!! And Oo-Oop to my Sawrah! 🐘🔺
I absolutely LOVED THIS INTERVIEW!!! I’m not married and haven’t been but I gained so much insight for personal healing, received confirmation and wisdom for my future! God bless this ministry! I say ministry because this was truly impactful ❤
Marriage Be Hard Tour 2024: The (Tabitha/Chance) Browns; The (Devale/Kadeem) Ellises; The Onstages 😂 (Kev/Liss); and THIS amazing couple Tara/Los. The rotating couples should be The Campbells (Erica/Warryn) and The Adams (Spice/His Wife).
He's hilarious
Great conversation!!
Next up Eric Roberson and his lovely wife! PLEASE!! LESSONS will be learned.
LOS IS ALWAYS SO COOL.. AND I DIDNT EVEN WATCH THE EPISODE YET!!
Phenomenal episode!!!❤❤❤❤
This was good. Good good good
No matter where you go, there you are!
This was soooooo good ❤
I’ve never had a love story
This was a fantastic interview and episode.
You know we love them #coolincolemans ♥️
Yess, I watched them w/Tab & Chance---their energy/chemistry was everything! This was such a great & much needed episode; Tara & Los were sooo much fun, such a good vibe!!
So good! 🎉
Loved this interview
It's so dope that MrsKevonStage doesn't take credit for her "The Things You Do" song to let Kev get his shine for all these years.
This was a great conversation. There’s we’re supposed to be three ads, but only the first ad was executed…not sure if that was intentional?
I enjoyed their love story more than anything else. So I thought my marriage would be. They are such a warm couple.
This whole episode made me smile.🙂
I ❤so the interview
Loved this interview
❤❤❤❤
In total agreement that TRAUMA is over used. We should just say what is was-YOUR FEELINGS WERE HURT or YOU DIDN'T LIKE THAT.
Trauma is very individual though. What one brain processes as trauma another may have no response to.
This was nice. ☺️🖤
Thank you for sharing.
First time seeing her but Tara seems so warm and together they seem so lovely ❤
Thank you
Listening to their story and realizing I'll never have that experience 😢 brought tears to my eyes. I'm happy for them
🙏🏾
Great conversation!
This was so so so good!
