I love this demo video. Thank you. I have a problem after owning mine for one month. The dash doesn't illuminate and the scooter won't turn on and drive. The horn and lights work , but the scooter will not go so I can ride it.
Not sure if you got it fixed or not. Did you make sure the switch in the back is set correctly? The switch is to put the scooter in freewheel mode for pushing it manually. When in this mode it will not move with the levers for riding.
@justcause9334 had one of the first things we ask when troubleshooting but you should be able to turn it on and have dash illumination. Without asking you some questions on the phone it would be difficult to say what the issue is. I would advise you to go to a local mobility store around you and have them run a diagnostic test on it to see what the issue is.
